I upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7 and now I can't find my bookmarks. How do I get them back?

My new computer has Windows 7 on it. My old computer had Windows XP. I have my old hard drive from my old computer, but even when I connect it to my new computer, I can't find my Firefox bookmarks. I can only find my Internet Explorer favorites. Any idea how I can retrieve my bookmarks?

Go to: Control Panel > Folder Options > "View" tab > under "Hidden files and folders", select "Show hidden files and folders"
You may want to uncheck the box "Hide extensions for known file types" to see the file extensions of all files

If you have lost your previously purchased iTunes data, you can Download Past Purchases - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519.
If for any reason you can't do the above - Contact the iTunes Store - http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/. At the bottom left, you will see a "contact support" link. Just select it, then select "iTunes Store", and the select "purchases, Billing and Redemption". Follow the on screen instructions.
They will recommend in the future, you back up your data, but usually grant a one time "re-grant" of all your purchases.
Music that was not purchased from the iTunes store, would need to be re-import into iTunes from the discs.

You are right. It was not exaclty the moving to iCloud that caused the e-mail to disappear. What happened after the change to iCloud was that I did see my old email but when I tried to open it just does not show any content.
Then I looked at some options and did Choose Mailbox > Rebuild.
That is when all my old mail disapeared.
Any suggestions?

I had the same problem on my iphone 4s and before I had realized it my phone synced up with my computer and deleted all the appointments in my outlook calendar as well. I run microsoft exchange and unfortunately my ISP doesnt backup for me so I am left reconstructing my calendar from scratch. Apple support said they had no idea why this had happened and couldnt help me. Not very reassuring.

What does this mean?
How did you try to import those pics?
You import pics from iphone just as you would from any digital camera. They are not part of the sync process at all.
I am trying to figure out what exactly you did.
Bottom line is that the pics are gone unless you have a backup of your iphone on your computer from a time when the pics were on the iphone.
In the future you should be importing your pics to your computer regularly.

My iTunes library is "damaged" and now thousands of songs are missing. How do I get them back without re-importing each one?

I tried to open my library and it said the library had been corrupted and saved as a damaged file. When it finally opened thousands of songs were missing. I can't re-download and then re-import each of these songs. I tried to repair the library after going into programs and clicking repair but it did not restore the missing content. I have the lastest version of iTunes. With Apple tech support being a PITA to actually get in touch with I'm hoping someone here can help.

send an email to the iTS customer service using this form and ask the folks there nicely if you can re-download the files.
it has been reported here that you can sometimes get one free redownload request granted but never more than one.

I presume you deleted the original files as match would not have done so. Do you have a back up. If so, restore your music from that. If not, your will have lost all your music as this needed to be on your hard drive when you unsubscribed.

Try this...
Settings > Mail, Contact, Calendars. Scroll down to Calendars and set "Sync" as desired.
