I upgraded from XP to 8.1 and the Bridge will not open.
Do I need to move a Bridge file into Programs(86) in order for the Bridge to run in a 64 bit environment?
You installed the software in Windows 8.1, right? Just moving files won't work.

I am on Adobe Cloud but over the past few days every time I try to open indesign I get the message that there is a missing plug-in Actions. RPLN, and the app will not open. Any ideas?

Open the system menu via Alt+Space or click the Firefox icon on the title bar and see if you can resize that window.
If that works then close Firefox to save that setting.

I downloaded firefox 3.6.6 from the website, followed the install directions and the browser does not open. I opened the task manager and firefox.exe was not in the process list. Locating the target using properties from the desktop icon if found that the application file did not have the ".exe" extension that it showed in the icon field for location. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same result. I am running windows XP Media Center Version 2002 service pack 3.

I am using PS 12.1 x64 on a Windows 7 64 bit pc.when I try to open large files that i have created (1.2 gb to 1.5 gb) the ram usage for Photoshop climbs to 4 gb and the file will not open

Please check the compatibility of the camera raw file with your camera by following the link below:

If updating the lightroom to the above version still has issues please try to uninstall and reinstall and update the Lightroom again to same version.

I updated Firefox yesterday to 3.6.9. When I receive a URL link in an email within Outlook, I cannot open the link in Firefox. As I said in the question, when I click on the link, a Microsoft Office Outlook error message appears which states that a General failure has occurred in sending the command to the application (which is Firefox). I am using Office 2007 This did not occur prior to the upgrade of Firefox.

Slide unlock button is not working
This is either hardware or software if you held down the power and home button 10-20 seconds and restarted it with no progress I would try to connect to iTunes and factory factory reset it. If this doesn't work it's time to a talk to apple or a respectable repair agent or b pony up for the new one I hope this helps . P.s. I would mention your quantized theory but I believe it's one circuit it works or it doesn't no in between

Also, when we tried to sync with iTunes, got an error message stating, This iPod cannot be used because the Mobile Device Service has not been activated. iPod is WiFi only isn't it? This made no sense at all. The iPod is brand new, just taken out of box yesterday.

Close iTunes
1) Plug in Device
2) Go to Device Manager/Portable Device
3) Right click- update driver
4) Browse my computer
5) Let me pick from list
6) Click Have Disk
7) Type in, or look for C:\Program Files
8) Go to Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device\Support Drivers
9) Dbl-CLick "usbaapl" file - let it do it's thing, until status bar is finished
Unplug Device- Open iTunes- plug in device- should work!

You can now install older versions of Adobe products straight from Creative Cloud Desktop. (Version 1.6.0.393)
Choose 'Previous Version' in the Apps filter as shown above and then Chose Bridge 6.0 for Bridge.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and still no success. Any suggestions?What system are you on? Did you run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool inbetween your install attempts? If not, try that to produce a "clean" install with factory defaults. Other than that there could be some specific system issues at play, but again, we'd need to actually know what system you are on...

Trim Marks Adding Extra Height and Width to Doc
My artboard is 6" x 9" with .125" bleeds on all sides. Trim marks is checked in the pdf export setting. Why does the pdf size go to 7" x 10"? It seems that the trim marks add a good .625" to the doc. Why? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
