How long did you wait for the systm to catch up to your request for more storage? it can take a little while, up to an hour sometimes I have heard.
If you don't see any more room after waiting a while, try resetting your phone to see if it appears then.
If that doesn't help go here, http://www.apple.com/support/contact/ and see if they can help you out.

Just purchased audiobook, money was deducted from my account but, book is nowhere to be found. Help!!!
iTunes Match is for music only.
If you purchased it on your phone, and the purchase went through successfully, then it should be in its Music app - when you have audiobooks in the Music app you should get an Audiobooks tab at the bottom of the app, possibly via the More button. Does that show ? Or does it show in Settings > General > Usage > Manage Store (under the 'storage' heading) > Music (when there are audiobooks on your phone there will be an 'audiobooks' section there) ?
If you can find it then you can copy it over to your computer's iTunes library via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases menu option so that you can take a backup copy of it. -
I upgraded to iTunes 11 and I got all of the songs on my families' other computers. We all share the same AppleID, that's why this happened in the first place; but, I do not want their songs on my computer, how can I disable this without deleting the songs forever or making a new AppleID?
I did not upgrade to the newest version of Itunes on my PC. I just now went to my Library were Music is listed. Under that is Movies, TV Shows, ItunesU, etc. When I opened my music list, each song was in numerical order. If I have the songs listed alphabetically, they are in numerical order. If I change my listing to album or whatever, the first song is listed in numerical order just as I showed in my original question. They are also numbered on my Playlists. I have my favorites in two different playlists. One of them was minus a song. I was able to see which one was missing because they were in numerical order. I know I could have just copied to correct one into the incorrect one and just skipped the duplicates, but I chose to do it this way.
So, the songs are listed numerically in my music folder under Library on my older version of Itunes. But, on my newer version, they are not listed numerically under music. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?????

I cannot acces my IPhone due to i get a notification saying that i dont have enough storage and i need to back it up with ICloud but it wont let me click close or settings there for i cannot recieve calls or acces my email or text messages. If the iPhone won't Restart you should be able to Reset it. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
For the future (in case you don't' know), go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage, and choose your Device under the Backups list.
Under the Backup Options turn off anything you don't care about (being backed up, that is). This will let you reduce the backup size so that it fits in iCloud again. You can also delete the current backup here.
You should also check Settings > General > Usage and look at how much data each app is storing. Identify problem apps and go clean out unwanted files.

what can you do when you interrupt your update and when you try and finish it, the update does now show up on your settings>
try resetting your phone by turning it off and back on again and tr again. if that doesnt work, try updateing via itunes

I own an iPhone 5s and wasn't having problems with it when I got it less than a month ago. But now I don't receive notifications of apps like Whatsapp and Snapchat, even though I have them all enabled in the Notification Center. It's not that big of a problem, but it bothers me that I need to be checking them all the time to see if I have new messages, since nothing shows on my lock screen or even makes noise. Should I just delete them and download them again?
