Did you check for a carrier settings update?

To confirm that your iPhone or iPad Wi-Fi + 4G can share its cellular data connection using Personal Hotspot, tapSettings > General > Network > Personal Hotspot.
If you don't see this option and your carrier supports this feature, check for a carrier settings update. If you still cannot enable this feature, contact your carrier for additional information.

I just upgraded my iPhone 5s yesterday to the latest iOS version. Today, I can't get the facebook app on my phone to even open. Any ideas? I already tried shutting the phone off and restarting, but it didn't change anything. Thanks for any suggestions that will help.
Do you have the latest FaceBook app version installed?
If so, try a reset which is similar to a computer restart and is done by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep/wake or on/off button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release. -
When I create an event on my mac ical then sync to my iphone, I cannot later edit the event via my iphone. I used to be able to do this before. Can someone please tell me why this option does not exist anymore? I have iphone 3Gs and can't use iCloud due to older running system on my macbook pro.

Yes. You can't update or restore any GSM iPhone without a valid sim card installed in the phone. The sim card need not be activated, but it must be valid & present. If you want to update, you need to get a sim card. -

Syed Basharat AliThey may not have the updated Facebook app. I have a 4S and my Facebook will not rotate. You can use Google and find more information about this. I'm just reporting what is going on and why it is happening.

Since my last Itunes update my library of songs has many songs that stop short of the finish and skip to the next selection. It is that way on my computer and also on my Iphone where I normally play the songs. Same repeatable stop with the particular song that is affected. How do I fix????
Unless you've done anything to change it, Google keeps every email that ever passes through their server in your All Mail folder/mailbox/label. Even if you delete stuff, they hold onto it, there. You have to go out of your way to actually delete anything permanently.

Can anyone tell me why my PC doesn't automatically update with my photos. I' m pretty sure I have all the right setting on. When I go to iPhoto's there's nothing there. I have my photo stream folder with pictures I have had to transfer in. The photos don't show on my PC and my recently acquired iPad. Only on the original iPhone device.
This behavior is normal. Since photos in anything other than the camera roll had to come from your computer, you can not sync them from the phone to the computer. In addition, the photos on the phone are not stored at their original resolution, but are optimized for the display of the phone.
You eill either need to restore from the backup you made of your computer before you re-formatted it, or you will need to invest in 3rd party software to extract the low res photos from the phone. -
My application involves operating a pH meter via RS-232 protocol. Other hardware are operated using an E-series DAQ board whereby waveforms are software-generated and sent to the relevant hardware using an Analog Output channel. Data acquisition is performed utilising Analog Input channels of the DAQ card that have been configured in a Referenced Single-Ended mode. When the Analog I/O channels are active erroneous readings are observed on the pH meter if the RS-232 cable is connected between the pH meter and the control PC. No problem is observed if the RS-232 cable is disconnected. What could be the problem and any suggestions on how to solve this.

3)The RS-232 cable is shield connected
4) I'm not sure on how to check if the RS-232's digital ground signal is connected. I simply connected the RS-232 cable from the pH meter to the serial port. The serial communication works fine, with no disturbance to the pH meter if i don't initiate data acquisition. -

Can anybody please help me with this ?Nothing looks blurred to me on the screen shot you posted. However, I did notice that some of the fonts in the tabs are faded. Which browser are you using? You should post in a browser forum about that and also the blurring that you see.
Since your Finder fonts looks blurry to you, go to System Preferences/Personal/Appearance - play around with the text smoothing setting. If that does not work, play around with the resolution settings - System Preferences/Displays/Display -

Go to an Apple store and preview the OS to see if it suits you. Some people love it, some people don't.
On an iPhone 4 some people have reported slow performance.
