I upgraded to Firefox 10 and what a mistake. How do I go back to v9?

The upgrade was a disaster. The program now either completely refuses to open a window or if it does, it immediately crashes without being able to access any pages. I went through your troubleshooting guides and nothing helps. This is an example of ruining a great program. I've tried restarting, reinstalling, creating a new profile, making sure I was an administrator, etc. This has been a huge waste of time and I likely will never upgrade again. I think you better check these constant version upgrades before releasing them!

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.<br />
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.<br />
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.<br /><br />
