HI JEFF...................YES I UPGRADED TO PSE 10........NOT PREMIER...............AND I JUST SOLVED THIS.........WHAT HAPPENED IS WHEN I COMPLETED MY SLIDE SHOW (WITH MUSIC)....(I LOVE MUSICAL SLIDE SHOWS), I ACCIDENTLY SENT IT SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN "MY VIDEOS".........(I STILL CAN'T FIND IT).............SO WHEN I REALIZED THIS; I DID THE WMV AGAIN AND CORRECTLY SENT IT TO MY VIDEOS FILE..SO ALL'S WELL BUT............NOW THAT I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION MAY I PLEASE ASK YOU ABOUT ANOTHER PROBLEM...........I NOTICE WHEN I SEND THESE VIDEOS OFF THAT ANY ONE VIEWING THEM CAN COME INTO MY LIBRARY SIMPLY BY CLICKING THE FOUR DOT SQUARE WHICH LOOKS LIKE THE TOOL TO ENLARGE THE VIDEO SCREEN.........IF YOU PLACE THE CURSOR ON IT IT READS........."SWITCH TO LIBRARY"...........I DID THIS AND REALIZED ANYONE VIEWING MY VIDEOS CAN GO INTO MY PICTURE LIBRARY AND POSSIBLY A FEW OTHER PLACES...................THIS DISTURBS ME.............CAN THIS BE CORRECTED?

Hi. I need help regarding facebook for blackberry. I cannot post any status update, i keep on receiving an error prompt "the facebook server has returned an unknown error and is not able to fulfill your request. (2001)". it has been like this for the past 3 days. I already did the hard reboot many times, re-send service book though i do'nt think it's needed, and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the facebook application too but still getting the same error everytime i try to post a status update. I can comment to messages on my wall and other profiles, the news feed is updating in time too, i can also log-in and out to facebook with no problem, as well as other applications on my phone like foursquare, BBm, ubersocial, BB protect, BB app world, etc, are all working perfectly fine. And now I don't know what seems to be the problem.
I've already contacted my network provider and told me that the error i'm getting is beyond their scope.
Is anybody having the same problem as mine?
Can someone in BB support team help me regarding this issue and tell me what should I do?

I've remarked one thing... On my facebook under "privacy setting/the Apps, Games and Websites" I used to have a "blackberry app" installed. It's not there anymore and I didn't remove it.

I have realised over time I have created multiple accounts. I have bought music on my Iphone and am not able to locate the account that I made most of my purchases on. I have bank statements on the purchases but don't know how to contact someone in Itune to help me. PLEASE

You should be able to copy them over to your Mac's iTunes by connecting the iPad to it and doing File > Devices > Transfer Purchases (that should copy PDFs and epubs that are in iBooks, not just actual ibooks) - does that not work ?

I had created account. I enter my information. I also enter my itune card. After I enter my itune card. It said you can shop now. So, I had went to purchase music. And a box pop up telling me I need to enter my apple Id. I did that and it now say Im enter the wrong password. Which is not. So, how do i fix this problem. Hi have just bought a Sony Xperia J and am not able to tether my ipad as I did with my Nokia C3. Why?
What do I have to do to solve the problem so I can tether to my Ipad?
Is this phone another of the things that Apple does not support? How do I know before I buy a phone that it will be supported?How are you attempting to connect them?
Looking at the Experia J features it does seem to support Wifi Hotspot, but there is no mention of a Bluetooth hotspot. Different phones offer different things.
The iPad issues the message, because there doesn;t seem to be anything it can do with it. But this is not something apple is blocking its more a limitation or a non present feature of the phone.
From the Manual which I assume you've read through:
To share your phone’s data connection as a portable Wi-Fi® hotspot
1 From the Home screen, tap .
2 Find and tap Settings > More… > Tethering & portable hotspot.
3 Tap Configure Wi-Fi hotspot.
4 Enter the Network SSID for the network. Tap the Security field to select a
security type.
5 If required, enter a password.
6 Tap Save.
7 Mark the Portable Wi-Fi hotspot checkbox. The phone starts broadcasting its
Wi-Fi® network name (SSID). You can now connect to this network with up to
8 computers or other devices.

your data connection via Wi-Fi®
When that is set up, you can use your iPad to look for the Wifi network the phone is providing and connect to it as you would any wifi network.

FaceTime can’t be installed on “Macintosh HD” because the version of Mac OS X is too new. I removed all traces of FaceTime and still not able to install from App store. New to macbook pro with Lion.any help with this would be greaty appreciated.
FaceTime is included in Lion. The App Store version is for 10.6. If you deleted it, restore it from a backup, or reinstall the Mac OS.

Your best bet is to check the version of QuarkXPress you have. Since Lion does not include Rosetta my guess is this may be why it is not working. Check out this site http://roaringapps.com/apps:table. This site has a list of apps that work and don't work under Mac OS X Lion.
If you are working in a production environment freelance or stuido that uses design apps like QuarkXPress, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop you should always wait to upgrade your OS. We have a 3 to 6 month policy for upgrading computers and software.

On the left side of the mail page there is an "On My Mac" header with several folders included. One of the folders, in white, is one called "recovered mail" with 843 messages in it. I don't know how this got there and am not able to delete it. I am also no longer receiving any email now. Help!

The laptop's too far away from the router to be connected by ethernet. It's all wifi.

The files are on a windows laptop and a hard drive hooked up to the windows laptop. The windows share server is pants, so I'd need some sort of third party server running. Maybe you weren't suggesting to use Samba to connect to the windows share though?
I'm glad that you've all understood my ramblings and taken and interest, thanks The way I see it, I can't be the only netbook user these days looking for this kind of convenience, and I certainly won't be once chrome and moblin hit the market.
