I uploaded the new firefox and all of my texts and pictures became small. ive tried the zoom, enlarging the texts, and even add-ons and nothing is working. how can i get it back to were it was before i downloaded the new firefox?
ever since i uploaded the new firefox i cant get my texts and pictures back to the size i had them before. ive tried everything i could think of to get this problem fixed. now my texts are running into each other because the texts windows are so small and the texts are so large. i love firefox but ever since i uploaded this new one i cant use it.

You should be storing everything on your computer and you should always backup your computer. Have you failed to do these things?

If you can't find it in the Applications folder, just type "App Store Application" in the Spotlight box. Just click on the magnifying glass symbol, at the far right end of the menu bar, to open the Spotlight box.

On trying to upgrade iOS on iphone 3gs my phone just shows symbols to connect to itunes. Done that. tried to upgrade and restore but just keep getting message that there is a problem (-1). Have tried suggestions, ensured software for windows xp and itunes software up to date. Even tried disabling security. Help! How do I get the phone working again?

I updated my ad to iOS 6 and now my App Store app does not work, how can I get it back
I updated my iPad 2 with the latest iOS 6 and now my App Store application does not work right. The only part that does work is the genius, and the purchased, but I cannot search for any new apps now have the categories come up. I don't know how else to search for apps, and I don't know how to download this as it was pre installed.
Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?

I use Sxipper all of the time so that I don't have to look up and then enter my ID and password for every site I use. I just updated to 4.0 today. I didn't receive a message telling me that 4.0 didn't support the Sxipper add-on until after the installation was complete. By then it was too late. What do I do?

Yes, iOS 7 looks quite different. But there are many new and valuable features. As time goes on you will not remember how it used to look. -

Widgets no longer work, how can I get them back?
My favorite Widgets no longer work in OS 10.8.2. I miss them. I have repaired Permissions twice and restarted computer twice, but no joy. I have downloaded them again, but no luck I want Stocks, Wunderground Weather ESPN and Radar in Motion.
Problem SOLVED!! Ran Repair Permissions and restarted the computer twice, Widgets back and functioning.

I accidentally deleted a folder of music from iTunes. I have Match, and now it seems deleted from all my devices. How can I get it back?
Were you in iTunes or the Finder? If you were in iTunes what exactly did you click? You say "a folder" but the only "folders" in iTunes contain Playlists and deleting a playlist will not delete tracks from the iTunes library.
When you deleted the music were you prompted to delete the tracks from the cloud? If so, did you do so?
Were you prompted to move the files to the Trash. If so did you do so? If you did have you emptied the Trash? -

When an iPhone updates, it wipes the whole device clean and then reinstalls the software and then the backup. Obviously you didn't create/couldn't create a backup either via iCloud or iTunes. You can get your apps back when you go to App Store>Updates>Purchased and download the apps you want.

I'm using a mid 2014 13" rmbp. I reinstall the Yosemite due to the wifi issue, when finished, the iMovie was not installed, I try to download it from app store, but it's not free. How can I get iMovie back?
It's something to do with the main user account (not iTunes account) on my Mac because I logged in with another account and it downloaded fine, I installed it on the HDD and even though the date in App Store was 16th October 2014, it is the full installer of 10.10.2.
To try to resolve this problem, I have copied the installer app elsewhere and deleted it but App Store still will not allow me to download it with my main user account yet just allowed me to update iTunes.
I had a brainwave last night that it might have been related to me changing the default downloads folder to one not on my boot drive (to save disk space on my main boot drive) but having changed it back, tried again, rebooted and tried yet again, deleted my App Store preferences. nothing has worked.
