I use a set of standard tabs that open in firefox, but while I am using them, one "pops out" of the row of tabs into a separate single browser window.

It is always the active window/tab that pops out. I usually have 6-10 tabs running for the usual tasks I need to complete daily. My hand is always on my mouse when the tab pops out, hovering over the content part of the page (this is a PC) but I am not clicking on anything.

And one suggestion: Do not post your full email address in any public forums. That's how most spammers find these email addresses and send out spams. The best way is just use a "user name" and do not post any email address at all.

Once you successfully add you iTunes library to iTunes Match, you go to Settings>iTunes & App Store on your iOS device and turn on iTunes Match. Your iTunes Match library will then appear on your iOS device.

Okay, so I try to open an app, but for some reason, I can't close out of the app, multitask, or even shut of my iPod, so it won't lock, but I have the time set to two minutes but its been half an hour and it still didn't lock. Please tell me if fixable.

I try to open up a texting app, and now, it won't lock, exit out (or crash suprisingly), multitask, or even power off. I also had auto lock set to two minutes and it has been about a full hour and it has never locked. - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

It seems that saving the template while this configuration is set doesn't save it.

Hi microjac,
You should be able to open the desired windows and lock the Screenset using the Screenset menu in the global menu bar. Then save as a template. This works using an Apple monitor with a MBP so hopefully will work with any display.

I have several news sites as my home page. Previously if i clicked a link...it would open a new tab at the righthand end of the row....now it opens in the middle of the row of tabs. Cannot find the setting to change back to righthand end of row

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.

I've also had the same issues, after upgrading to IOS 6.0, the apps in my iPhone 4 were crashing and the battery life run out very fast.
The only solution worked for me was to remove all mail accounts (Exchange/Gmail) from my iPhone (in settings) and then add them back.
The crashing were stopped! also the battery was back to normal.
I found the solution by first looking at the crash logs (in IOS 6). you can find them at Settings -> General -> About (at the bottom of the About menu you will find the option that opens the logs).
There i saw many logs about Low Memory crash. 99% of the logs were pointed that the largest process (use the most memory) during the crashes is "dataaccessd".
I search in the web and found that this process is a deamon process that reponsible the Mail accounts (like Exchange/Gmail) and contancts list.
I've installed the app "System Status - activity monitor" which shows important system info like CPU usage, Memory usage and running processes.
Before apply my solution (deleting the mail accounts) i saw that the CPU usage was very high which consume the battery very fast. Also i saw that the memory (RAM) was run out.. which probably what cause the crashing..
After deleting the mail accounts (at Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars) i check again with the System Status app, and saw that the memory and CPU were back to normal.
Adding the mail accounts back, still everything work ok

When I open a new tab, I would like it to open at the end of the row of tabs, not next to the tab I'm on now. I'm used to it opening on the end like it did in older versions of Firefox. I'm sure this is an easy fix but I can't find anything in options and I'm getting frustrated.

You can't. This is a security feature to prevent the resale of stolen iOS devices. You need to contact the seller and have him/her remove it from their iCloud account. Or return and get your money back. See: Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
