I use about 2 gigabytes yet it says I have used all 13.4?

My apps do not add up to the 13.4 gigabytes my iPad has. I have deleted multiple apps and unnecessary things, but to no avail. Why is this happening? I have 12 apps that are no more than 45 megabytes. I can't download anymore apps and the manage storage popup keeps appearing. What's going on?

I check this everyday. When I first got the message, I deleted 15+ apps, deleting the unnecessary apps and the ones with the most space. I deleted multiple images, photo stream, have only one song, and no videos. It still says that I have no bytes left. I deleted website data and everything unneeded, but it is unchanged.

I have seen this is an on going problem throughout the Itunes community. All I can say is 'Bad Form Apple, Bad form.'

One more odd thing. The itunes diagnostics believes my windows firewall is on which is it not (believe me I've checked/double checked etc) AND believes itunes is not enable in windows firewall which it is, if ever I turned WF on. How can itunes get this wrong? I mean, if itunes believes its being blocked, maybe that's why I'm being blocked...has anyone heard of this?

I have downloaded Firefox 5.0.1 4 times but the 3.6.19 version still shows up in the "about Firefox" box. Firefox says I have the latest version, but it just does not reflect it in the "about" box.

How do i access data in my iCloud via my mac book air, nothing appears under the manage tab however it says i have consumed all data

I am trying to back up some documents in my icloud however i cannot seem to figure out how to store data there and also how to access the data that is there as it is saying i have used 499 out of 5GB. I bought additional data storage space yesterday thinking that this was the issue however it now says I have used 14.99 out of 15.

iTunes imposes a 90 day wait period before a device can be associated with a different ID. If iTunes support only removed all devices associated with your ID, this does not override the 90-day wait period. From http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627:
"Removing a device from your Apple ID does not override the 90 day timer. The timer must complete 90 days from the day the device was associated before it can be associated to another Apple ID."
Unless iTune support can override the wait period for you, you have no choice but to wait if you want to download it from iCloud. If your purchases music is on any of your iOS deivces, you can transfer it to the iTunes library on your computer by authorizing your computer for the Apple ID(s) used to purchase the music (in iTunes, Store>Authorize This Computer), then connecting your device to your computer, opening iTunes, and going to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases.

1). What do expect to accomplish by posting your IMEI here? There is no one from Apple on this forum and Apple does not monitor it. Apple does not unlock phones; the carrier does.
2). As you have stated that your phone is unlocked as evidenced by the message on iTunes, you can be pretty sure it is, unless as diesel vdub has stated it was hacked/jaibroken in the past or the computer used to sync/unlock the phone was used with another previously hacked/jailbroken phone.
3). Since we can assume you phone is unlocked, then the problem must be with your SIM. Either:
a). It is damaged
b). It has not been activated by the carrier
c). It is from a carrier that does not support the iPhone.
On another post, I asked what carrier you are now attempting to use and you have not answered the question.

With a bootable clone, no. Provided you don't save the backup states changes which CCC is doing now.
I prefer a straight clone backup, I keep many copies of clones on seperate hardware to "go back in time" with and thus avoid saving the changes with my clones.
I swear I tried to back up my computer on a 250g G-Drive and it told me there was not enough room. But I am not positive if the entire drive was available or not. Your data is going to grow, 232GB is rather small for a boot drive.
So your going to be needing storage drives eventually, just plan ahead and remmeber hardware redundancy is key.
