Try signing out and signing in back on Creative Cloud desktop App once
Sign in, Sign out | Creative Cloud desktop app
Then check if you can launch Lightroom CC 2015 version.

I just downloaded iPhoto upgrade for my Macbook. I just bought Lion and wanted to upgrade my iLife suite. I downloaded this and it works great. I looked the other day at the App Store and saw it said upgrade beside iPhoto. I clicked it and it told me to sign in as the username I bought the upgrade from. I am in the correct log in.

I had a similar issue and it was an easy fix for me. First you need to log out of your account completely in the Mac App Store. Quit the application. Re-open the Mac App Store. Click log-in, enter your Apple-ID and password. Now when the screen pops-up that has all of your billing/credit card information on it DO NOT select done. Instead select View my Account, then select View hidden purchases. There you should be able to find iPhoto. Hope this helps if not let me know. I'm still searching solutions for you.

iTunes just downloaded and upgraded itself without my consent while I was at work. Is this a new Apple policy ? Am I no longer owner of my own machine ? Isn't it up to me when and if I want to upgrade something ?

Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "iTunes" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "iTunes", click "Change" and then click "Repair".

Hi, I am new to using iTunes. Just downloaded 50 shades of Grey only to find it is the BOOK and not the music. Incidentally, I find that entering this community is somewhat akin to trying to get into Fort Knox!! Too much officiousness.

I just downloaded iTunes on my new PC and all the music that I have purchased through ITunes that was backed up on the cloud won't play. It is telling me I must authorize this computer before it can play pre purchased music. how do I authorize my computer to play this music?

There's a couple of ways to get through to the authorisation controls in the 11.0.x versions.
The control is still in the Store menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Store menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
Then you'll find the control in the Store menu:
Alternatively, if you don't want to bring up the menu bar, it's still possible to get into the authorise controls via nested menus accessible from the wee boxy icon. Here's a screenshot of where to find them: -

That's what I was thinking but my neighbour did the 10.8 and got the 11 so can't understand how she got it and I didn't.
I have been reading about iphoto 11 and there has been a lot of bad press when using with the iphone, ipad etc. Is it, in your opionion, too much hassle just for photo stream?

i just downloaded photoshop cs6 and installed it, but i don't know that to do now. it isn't popping up anywhere on my mac. it is just giving me the option to install it again.
It should be in your Applications folder in Finder.

I have the Adobe CC Photographers package. When I attempt to download the upgrade to Lightroom CC I get the message "Lightroom is downloading now..." however, nothing happens. The download does not begin, I get no error messages.is the 2nd day that Lightroom CC has been available. Is the problem that Adobe can not handle the volume or do I have another problem?

Just downloaded latest update and saw updates for fingerprint scanners. Do I have a fingerprint scanner or where do I get one?
If you have an I phone 5s you have a scanner. It does not exist on any other device at this point, and cannot be added.

I am running Lightroom 2.7. If I download cloud version of Lightroom how do I get the keywords I have in LR2.7 to work in the new version?
In theory, Lightroom 5 will recognize your existing LR 2.7 catalog and upgrade it to LR 5 for you to use. All you have to do is click OK or Yes or whatever when it asks you if you want to upgrade your catalog.
If it doesn't find your LR 2.7 catalog, then in LR 5 use File->Open and point it to your LR 2.7 catalog -
