Thanks for replying Larry. Takes a while, but I can see them in Bridge. I have to say that I'm not happy with this though. If I'm working with 10 or 20 or 30 ai files on my desktop, I really want to be able to see them easy as pie. Everything seemed fine in Adobe CC 2014.... but not since this 18.1.1 Sure hope this is just a bug that will soon be fixed! (And if it is a bug, how do I report it and/or get it fixed)? Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?

IT WILL ALLOW ME TO LISTEN TO MY LIBRARY HOWEVER BUT THIS IS ALL. ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED. EVERYTHING WORKED FINE UNTIL THE DOWNLOAD. I DID DELETE ICLOUD BUT I CAN REMEMBER THE OTHER PROGRAM. DOES APPLE HAVE A NUMBER TO CALL
Perhaps the reason that your username and password are not recognised is because you have caps lock on.

it used to be that when I created a pdf from a word or publisher document, hyperlinks worked fine. Now I cannot get them to work unless the text displayed for the link is the complete address and it all appears on one line. Why?
You can print to the Adobe PDF printer, but that only creates links that Acrobat or Reader recognize as such. That is the reason for needing the entire URL on one line. It is not actually an embedded link, but one created by Acrobat on the fly. With OFFICE 2013 you have two choices: 1. create the PDF with the print to Adobe PDF and then add the links in Acrobat so that they are complete or 2. I think the WORD save as PDF or XPS will create the PDF with links, but not sure. If so, that would be the quickest solution for you, but be aware of potential problems with the MS plugin.
Of course, the third option is to upgrade to XI which can be done with AA 9. You will probably not be eligible for a for an upgrade to whatever the next version will be. -

DVD Player is a default Apple app installed with the system. If not there, you deleted it. As a principle, to not delete Apple applications, which come with the system. i think you may copy it from another system, even if this is not the recommend method. A workaround is to download VLC, a free and good app for video and audio files, it may play any file, in fact.

You have to continue to use that old ID for these apps.
Apps and all purchased content are always tied to the Apple ID that was used to purchase the content. You can't use a new ID, transfer the content to that ID and sync the content with the new one. You have to use the old ID in order to sync and update those apps.
Log into the old ID on the iPad in Settings>Store>Apple ID.
BTW - that was not a great idea - purchasing apps with the old ID and then creating a new ID. If you can continue to use that old ID - just keep using it and forget the new one. -
I did have location services and everything going fine before using my same wifi connexion and now it is not.

Or some app that changed location of my router?!For location the iPod uses the location of nearby routers that are in Apple's database of routers and their location. Thus it appears that Apple's database no longer has youyr router. You do not have to be connected to the router, just within range.
Apple periodically updates their database based on information they obtain from iPhones, The iPhone has to have turned on the option to send info to Apple. no one has found another way to get the location of a router added/corrected.
You can confirm that by going to well-know place with wifi like Starbucks or McDonalds -

I have tried everything I can think of to fix this, there are a couple ipads, computers, and a gaming system that all connect to the internet. But my ipod just wont let me, some help would be much appreciated.

So if anyone else is having this problem, the last thing I tried was copying the QTMovieWin.dll from my C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder to my C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes folder and started my iTunes Helper.exe

You don't have the iPad connected to the computer with the cable while you are trying to download apps on the iPad do you?
I'm running out of ideas here. Try this, reboot your iPad and then try again. If you are connected to the computer, disconnect the iPad first.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -

You can try the following:
Save your bookmarks.html in
%userprofile%\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\profiles\
Delete the whole content of the profiles-directory
Then create a new profile and start FF again. Now you can import your bookmarks.

I cannot log onto the App Store, the page appears when I call it from the dock or the Apple menu and I can call the log-in box from the menu bar, but on signing in the spinning icon just keeps spinning,(not the beachball). Using 10.6.7 and up-to-date on all software. Any suggestions?
Could be a third party app preventing you from being able to login.

Quit the MAS if it's open.
Open a Finder window. Select your Home folder in the Sidebar on the left then open the Library folder then the Caches folder.
Move the com.apple.appstore and the com.apple.storeagent files from the Caches folder to the Trash
From the same Library folder open the Preferences folder.
Move these files Preferences folder to the Trash: com.apple.appstore.plist and com.apple.storeagent.plist
Same Library folder open the Cookies folder. Move the com.apple.appstore.plist file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the MAS. -
