We change it, but every time we close Firefox it goes back to the Persona we changed it from when we start up Firefox again. You could always remove/disable the Persona that you don't want. Go to Add-ons > Appearance, and then just disable/remove the offending Persona.
Though, if you really want to save your bookmarks:
Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Which will open the Library > Look for Import and Backup > Backup...> and it will prompt to you save the file somewhere. To add them back into Firefox, go back to the library > Import and Backup again > Restore > Choose File... > and then open the file you saved earlier.

My iTunes does not recognize disc burner. I read through answers on the web page and followed the instructions for removing the GEAR drivers and then reinstalled iTunes. It still says there is no disc burner or software installed. Can anyone help?

I have tried to just install the new version of itunes from the apple website, it looks like it downloads but after 5 minutes at the end of the install it says 'old version of itunes cannot be uninstalled, please contact support.'?

Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try installing iTunes again. Does the install go through properly now?
(If you do find a clean download site for the correct version of CleanUp, please don't tell me where it is. Without wishing to sound paranoid (although I grant it does sound paranoid), there is a non-zero chance that posting links to download locations for the utility here at Discussions leads to that download location being shut down.)

"program access and defaults" is not the place to remove programs in Windows. You need to go to the control panel and click on Add and Remove programs. For instructions on how to uninstall Firefox, see [[Uninstalling Firefox]]

Sorry you are having problems. First of all try Fifrefox's safemode.

Next step, if safe mode did not work.
First: Try a clean install, (you have had a none standard version installed previously) that involves deleting the program files. Then if necessary try troubleshooting by creating and using a clean empty Firefox profile.

If you used icloud for your contacts and calendar then you should have no problem. They will all come back on the phone once you put the icloud user name and password in. Itunes does not store the contact information except in a backup file and if you were backing up using icloud you can use that backup to restore with.

Need library that lets me kill Windows programs and then reopen them.

I have issues with a certain program crashing in remote locations..cough* VzAcess. I want to create a program that tries to ping a website and if that fails then it will kill the program and then re open the program. Everywhere I look line these three libraries come up:

import org.javagroup.process.JProcess;
I cannot find anywhere where to get these. Maybe my google skills have diminished. I don't know. If anybody knows of any good and reliable libraries that let me do these things that would be great. Thanks!
