I used to be able to burn a selection of photos from my iPhoto library onto a CD-R disc. Today I inserted a new blank disc and was shown a message that there was insufficient space for my chosen year of photos. Even when I reduced the date to include only ONE photo!- the message was the same. I am at a loss as to why, and what to do. My iMac is about 7 years old and upgraded to Snow leopard. Any bright ideas?

How to copy the data of one node to another of the same context

hi experts,
 i need to copy the data of one node to the other node of the same context.
the source node is a model node ( i.e comming from RFC ) and the destination node is a value node which i have creted.
what i have done is.
i have read the source node using wizard

'Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible' i understand this because when i debug my value node is becoming initial, and when i am trying to access the destination node using this initial node it will give me a dump,
but what is the work aroud for this.

 I tried replicating your behaviour in my system. This is what my context structure looks like:
Node_Test (c-> 0:n)
Name(attribute)
Node_Test2 (c-> 0:1)
 Name2(attribute)
Now when i try to access Node_Test2 then it returns me (initial) i.e. no reference and i believe the reason is that my parent node, Node_Test, is of type table( because of the cardinality) so I am expected to perform an operation on my sub node, Node_Test2, based on the node i have selected, or have specified via index .. 1 is taken by default, in Node_Test.. which in WDDOINIT is initial as i havent got access to my view yet.. so instead what you can do is bind data to your parent node, relevant data ofcourse, and then bind the recieved data to your child node i.e. Node3.

This happens to me as well. However, I have a shortcut on my desktop as well as my quick start bar. When this has happened to me, I can usually log back in without restarting, by using the shortcut on the desktop rather than the usual quick start bar.
I know this sounds weird, but it has worked for me about 80% of the time.

Export is not exporting the data from Page. It always gets the data from VO

I have got a critical issue, where I am Not able to export the current data from the page.
I have an export button and the VO is attached to it.
1) My page will execute the VO and I do some calculations to remove some rows, add the grand total etc.
2) The export button just re-executes the query and exports, which is not that, I want. I would like to export the current contents of the VO, which I manipulate and it is shown on the page.
To give an example -
My VO query is executed, when I click the Report button. I then adds Grand Total row to the VO and it gets displayed on the Page also.
Now, when I click the export button, it just exports the data which is coming from the VO SQL query, whereas I want the data from current state of VO i.e. with the grand total, which I added and is coming on the page also.
I will be really grateful, if someone can help me with this as it is really urgent.

Is the export to csv opening fine with the data showing in individual columns when opening from internet explorer. What version of IE are you using? For us the export works fine from Firefox but does not work well in IE. From IE, the data shows with the commas in a single string. Appreciate your response as it will help us understand if our issue is local to our environment.

I keep getting the message that my computer is associated with another apple id. I have already removed the device from the other apple id but I still get the message. How long does it take to update?

I am trying to download a tv show that I purchased and I get the message that my laptop is already associated with another apple id. I knew it was my wifes id so I went into her account and removed the association. I still get this message even though there is no other apple id associated with the laptop now.

That's not how it works. Once a device (including a computer) is associated with an Apple ID it cannot be switched for 90 days. See this Apple KB article for more information: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1420.

Not sure what "being kept" means. If it means it was new in the box and not used for a year then the battery is probably near dead as lithium ion batteries need excercise (a full charge cycle per month). If this is what you mean she will need to put a new battery in it.

I had the "unknown syncing error" for so long with no improvement that I finally uninstalled Firefox sync--but I'm STILL getting the error all day long!!!!

Running Firefox 4.0, was running Sync 1.7 on a Windows XP machine. Became so frustrated with the constant error message at the bottom of my screen (Sync encountered an error while syncing: Unknown error. Sync will automatically retry this action.) that I uninstalled Sync. However, after multiple Ff restarts the error message continues to appear.
I noted that at least 10 other people had posted this as a problem in the forums but didn't see any solutions.

I know the last reply was from a couple weeks ago, but honestly, I haven't been able to find anything else in the last week of searching Google. I'm new to the MDT process but I'm having the same issue with what you posted. I can shift-F10 during the "Applying
system settings" and open my unattend.xml file and remove the IEWelcomeMsg line and the image deploys perfectly, so I know that's my problem. I can't figure out where that line is coming from. I have edited every unattend.xml file in the Templates folder under
MDT and also the one in my deployment task sequence, but somewhere during that deployment, that one setting gets added back to the unattend file and nukes the whole image. I'm about to pull my hair out. I'm implementing MDT to save time but I feel like the
last couple of weeks trying to get it to work have been a waste. I have thought about backing my reference image back to IE9, but having to deploy IE10 post image seems like it's an unnecessary burden. Any help would be appreciated.

Not the right Leopard DVD - can I still get the drivers installed?

My cousin just got a Macbook Pro 15 and I am helping her get Boot Camp/Windows up and running. She came from out of town and did not get her Leopard DVD and I realized the hard way that the DVD that I have (from my mac mini purchase 6 months ago) does not install the drivers for most of the peripherals.
Is there a way out for me or do I have to remotely help her after she gets back to her home?

Thanks for the response. Yes, she purchased it 3 days back. I have installed Windows already and I actually wanted to set her up with Parallels as well and I did not want to do it till I have Windows XP patched up and for that I need Boot Camp to be updated to the latest version first

Even when I add a Trusted File location, I still recieve the Allow / Block message?

We use the "Protected Mode at startup" with Acrobat Reader 10.x and when we added trusted location, then the allow / block message disappears. Sadly, with Acrobat 11.x even after add the folder locations to the Trusted list, the PDF file still ask "Allow / Block"
Is there anything else I need to do with 11.x to make the message fo away, without turning off Protected Mode?

I read a fix and applied it as follows and my sync went on beautifully.
Go to Start, Go to Programs, Go Accessories, RIGHT click on Command Prompt.
Choose RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.
Type--- Netsh windsock reset ----then press enter and restart your computer.
IT WORKED WHEN I RAN ITUNES TO SYNC. THANK GOODNESS!!! I DON'T REMEMBER WHO POSTED THIS FIX -BUT I SURE DO THANK YOU!!!

After an unsuccessful itunes update i now get an "msvcr80.dll file is missing on my computer message. I tried reinstalling it for the microsoft site and it says it was successful but i still get the error message when i reboot. Any suggestions? Thanks

When you uninstall, the items you uninstall and the order in which you do so are particularly important:
Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order and then restart your computer:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Important: Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended affects.
Let us know if following that article and uninstalling those components in that order helped the situation.

Select all the photos that you need to change, then click the "Photos" menu and choose "Adjust Date and Time".
If you add a year, it will adjust all the photos that you selected by adding a year (so if you accidentally select one of the photos that already has "2012", that will change to "2013").
