I used to be able to rent movies on iTunes and watch them offline while I'm traveling. Now I get an error that states I need to be online to watch my rental. Is there a fix?
I travel for work so I've enjoyed renting movies on iTunes and then watch them on my laptop or iPad while I'm in the air. Lately (last month or two), I've not been able to watch them offline and get an error that indicates they cannot be lauched unless I'm online. I notice that there seem to be many people who also experience this issue. Has a policy changed? All of my Apple products and iTunes library are on the latest versions.
You'll have to reinstall iPhoto in order to get the themes linked back to the application. To do so you'll have to delete the current application and all files with "iPhoto" in the file name with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/ folder,

I purchased movies through iTunes and downloaded them to my PC as well as synced my entire library (including 'all films') to my iPad. However, I cannot seem to find / view the movies on my iPad unless 'Home Sharing' is on?
No. Homeshare let's you view your iTunes library or others on your network.
Movies should be in the video app on the home screen. If they are not there, then make sure when your iPad is plugged into iTunes on your computer...the video tab is checked to sync what you want..make sure you hit apply after. You should see the movies transferring to your iPad in the status bar on the top of iTunes. -
I have downloaded a movie off iTunes and when I tried to press play it said"cannot open" I have received an email of my purchase but cannot watch the movie ,what do I do ?
Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.

When I load cds i get a message that states, "User not registered for online use." This problem has only begun since the new itunes update and is only a problem on my pc laptop. Media content (track names, etc.) do not load. Thanks

I used to have another email address associated with Itunes and transfered my songs to my new Imac now some of the songs wont play because they were athorised on another computer and I cannot remember my old Itunes password associated with the old email.

I have rented a movie from iTunes but where is it now? I have looked under videos,as someone suggested, but there is nothing there and no tabs to choose.
It does take some time for a movie to download, could it still be downloading ? Also the rental tab is only there when you have rented a movie. If all else fails talk to iTunes support, they have helped me in the past.

You can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -

Are you trying to sync them to the iPad from iTunes on your computer? If you are ....Sync with iTunes.
Connect the iPad to the PC and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Apps Tab on the right.
Click on all of the apps (games) in the apps list that you want to sync..
Click on the Sync Apps Heading.
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes -
While on vacation in Canada in July I started having trouble sending more than one pix at a time to other users. I don't recall having this problem before. Is there a limit on the number of pictures you can send via text? I wonder if I messed up some settings while I was in Canada. I had things set so that I could not receive phone calls so I wouldn't get charged. Could I have messed up text / multimedia settings as well?
We want your phone working just as well now as it did before your trip, sngbrd9. Are you trying to send the pictures to other Apple users using iMessage or are they being sent through MMS/picture messaging? Are you able to send pictures one at a time to those same contacts without an error? Did you change any settings in your camera to have HDR now instead of a slightly lower resolution with a smaller file size?

That would be great if someome had thanswer to this question on downloaded movie rentals and why the downloads don't seem to come through even though they charge your credit card. Any advice would be appreciated.
