Check, if you have the "Primary Only" option enabled. Then keywords will only be applied to the "Primary Image":

Uncheck the little square button with the "1".

You have to reset the device to Factory Settings in order to restore it from an iCloud backup. You probably want to back it up as is before you do this.
To do the reset after you have backed up the current device, go to Settings>Reset>Reset all Content & Settings. This will erase the device. If you are signed onto iCloud with Find My iPhone turned on, go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom to sign out of iCloud before you do the reset.
Once you have reset your device, you will set it up like a new phone. When it asks if you want to restore it from an iCloud backup, select the backup you want to restore it from.

We have 30 ipads at our school and it is great. We are about 850 student on my school and everyone are using the ipads. One hour at the time. (we have a booking system.)
I teach music and are using Garageband. I need to find away were my students that are working on a project can export the files and save them somewhere, so when they 7 days later open Garage band can import there song with all the correct midi-tracks. When I export the song to Icloud the song become an Mp4 file (I think). And I can import the files via Icloude.
This is because too many times the song has been sabotages during the week

your students could store their projects in iCloud, only you would continously have to change the AppleIDs of the iPads, so each student could store the songs with their own AppleID. I don't think this will be feasable.
The other possibility would be to share the projects to iTunes and to download them to iTunes on a Mac at the end of each lesson. Does your school have Macs? This will not work with PCs.

You should call Apple Support and give them your Apple ID so that they can verify how many photos you actually do have backed up in iCloud...
Also, are you able to do an iTunes backup at all? Because that would save all of the photos and allow you to get them onto the new device.

Hello , I have a single app MUSE since a few weeks. I would like to upgrade to CC full cloud prepaid offer that applies to this day December 3rd. 17 nov. to 3 December the prepaid price € 587.30 per year , incl. VAT. Yesterday I did a clean install of my OSX system Mavericks to Yosemite. (all software must be reinstalled) Today tried reinstalling MUSE.
A message came Error : 1 Please uninstall and reinstall the product. I just have nothing to uninstall because all my data and programs from my computer are deleted / erased, so MUSE doesn't live anymore on my computer. Yet MUSE indicates the first uninstal and reinstall the product . Before I switched to Yosemite dit not uninstall MUSE , maybe that's the problem? Pleas assist me with this also. I will call Adobe tomorrow 4 december in the morning als for this problem.

Restore using Time Machine to new hard drive, but last "full" backup was in 2012. How do I restore the rest of the Time Machine backups, particularily IPHOTO libraries for each user?
I entered Iphoto for my user and only photo up until 2012 were in the library. I thought the restore would do the incremental Time Machine backups too.....

Can I include external drives to be backed up using Time Machine? Not only do I want to back up my IMac, but I have several extenal drives for one iPhoto, one iTunes and one for other files & documents. How do I know if they are included in the backup process?

I was able to see all my photos previously. When I click on Computers or Screensaver, an automatic download begins, but the same event keeps loading.
I know the exact theme/page you're referring to... you could create a book with that layout in iPhoto and then export the book as jpgs by selecting Print, then clicking the pdf button and select pdf to folder as jpeg. You can select just the one page by selecting the print from X to X page numbers inthe print dialog box. Just remember that the number on the page doesn't necessarily correspond to the actual page number--count the pages in the preview to determine which page you're on. iPhoto doesn't number the cover or intro page, but the print dialog counts them.
This will create a new jpg file that you can import to Aperture and use in an Aperture book on a full page bleed formatted page. I've used a combination of Pages and iPhoto layouts to create many of the books I've done and use the Print>PDF to folder as jpeg to export the files, which I then import as full page bleeds into Blurb's booksmart (don't care for many of their layouts). The only potential issue is the proportion isn't always the same, and the resolution from the pdf exports is a bit lower than I'd like--but if I'm using Blurb, their books are smaller, so it works out okay. -

Are the photos you want to send back to your mac on your iPad, iPod, iPhone saved to the camera roll? If you have photos in other albums (not camera roll) share them to the camera roll.
Then connect your device via USB and lauch iPhoto. You will see your device as a camera in iPhoto. Import those photos like you would import from a camera. -

what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
what fixes have you tried?
where is you library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?

While trimming a clip in my timeline, the entire timeline moves with my trim. How can I stop that and leave a gap in-between clips? Also when I use my blade it only leaves a dotted line in the clip. How can I make that a solid line? I do a lot of flickering in my videos and don't need that some what of a snapping effect while I edit. Please help me someone. I believe i upgraded from FCP 10.0.1 to 10.0.3 and before it never did this.
Mark an In point and an Out point (which creates a Range) and hit the forward delete key (Replace with Gap.) On a MacBook, you'll probably need to hold down the Fn key and type the Delete key (or, I think you might be able to use Shift-Delete as the same command). On an iMac/Mac Pro keyboard, it's the key just to the left of 'end' or the next key above the left arrow key.
You can use the Range tool (hold down the R key and click drag over your clip) or the Blade tool to cut at the in and out (then select the cut and replace with gap).
You can also go into Commands > Customize (command-option-K) and assign a different key to Replace with Gap.
If you need to ripple edit the ends (cut), create a small section that is Gap, and hold down the T key while you use the mouse to click drag both ends (double sided trim cursor) of the cut.
Don't worry about the dotted line blade... That just lets you know that the frames on either side of the cut are continuous, or sequential — nothing has been moved yet. Once frames from either side of the mark have been cut, it becomes a full fledged cut resembling a separate clip. -

Hi David,
One way you can do it is to create a Smart Album, and make the conditions = Photo Is Flagged. That will put all of your flagged photos into a single album. Then you can export that Album to the Flash Drive via File>Export. Once you set up the Export the way you want it, and then click on "Export" it will bring up your Finder Window, allowing you to select the Flash Drive to export to.
