I used to have a "flag" in my browser that allowed me to identify IP's. It recently disappeared. Did I get it from Mozilla?

A couple of moths ago I added an "add-on" to my browser window that allowed me to identify and locate IP addresses of sites I was visiting. I think it was called "flag"-something. Recently it has disappeared (probably during a "system restore" session, many of which I seem to need because my OS is VISTA) Did I get this from you? If so how do I get it back? If not, can you direct me to its link or site?
ON A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MATTER: I keep getting pop-ups from you asking me to upgrade to Firefox 5. I would greatly appreciate it if you would stop sending them. I am PERFECTLY HAPPY with 4 and 5 is not compatible with some of my other programs.
Anyway, thanks for your attention to both of these matters.

You can find the update check settings here:
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Update: "Automatically check for updates":
Maybe one of these:
*Flagfox: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/flagfox/
*ShowIP: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/showip/
