Photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days and your iCloud back only remains on iCloud for 180 days. If you're looking for photos from last year I'm afraid they wouldn't be in iCloud at this point. Unless you have another backup on your computer or they are still on one of your other devices they're gone now.

Those are the instructions for your computer's iTunes (i.e. using the Store menu at the top of your computer's iTunes and selecting 'View My Account' on it). If you are doing it on your iPad then are you following the instructions for iOS devices :

When trying to open file I get msg "You did'nt login or your session has expired. Please log in to read this document for the first time". (Like I said I have read it before). So I log in but that prompts me to give the name of the file I want to export or convert to Word or something else, which is not what I want to do of course. I have not purchased any service from Adobe or Acrobat as I only need to read. Thanks for your help..

Well, if it was going to do anything to your iPad, its too late now, isn't it?
First off, it did not install anything on the iPad. Can't do that from a web site on an iOS device. The only thing you might consider is to clear your browser cache and data: Open Settings app > Safari:
Clear History
Clear Cookies and Data
And if you are really the paranoid type, Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data.

Films can't be re-downloaded in all countries - and even where films can be re-downloaded, not all film studios have agreed to it. If you've just bought it on the iPad then it should be in the Videos app. If it's a previous purchase then have you not got it on your computer and /or on a backup so that you can sync it to the iPad ?

Try deleting your hotmail account and then adding it back as an Outlook account instead of "other". It worked for me.
