I used to send photos from my Lumix Tz-40 camera directly to my iPad using the camera's WIFI. It was all working well until I installed IOS7. The connection no longer works. The camera still keeps the iPad in its connection history. The camera's wifi network still appears when I select a WiFi network from the iPad but the Wifi status icon never appears on the iPad. So the connection is never made.
Anyone got any ideas. I have already installed the latest version of Panasonic's Image App (1.7.1)
Hi there,
You're running an old version of Safari. Before troubleshooting, try updating it to the latest version: 6.0. You can do this by clicking the Apple logo in the top left, then clicking Software update.
You can also update to the latest version of OS X, 10.8 Mountain Lion, from the Mac App Store for $19.99, which will automatically install Safari 6 as well, but this isn't essential, only reccomended.

I suggest following the steps found in the manual: Using Personal Antispam with Apple Mail and Microsoft Entourage or Outlook
When you first configured Personal Antispam, the program's Setup Assistant helped you configure your e-mail program (in your case: Apple Mail). You can run the setup assistant again by clicking General in the filter list and then clicking the Reconfigure... button.

I have trying for ages to download itunes 10.3 to my laptop(windows vista 34bit) it starts downloading but at the point every time it freezes and doesn't finish installing. I have tried all sorts of suggestions but nothing doing. Anyone got any idea's. IPhone and IPod touch no good without it

i am having a problem with itunes, i cannot play tracks and when they do play they play for about 10 seconds then speed through to the end then jump down the next few tracks.
Getting really frustrated as i am a complete novice on this type of thing, any help would be appreciated. i have uninstalled itunes and reinstalled no joyDave, you are a god among mere mortal men!
I had used the check to only load certain tracks on my iPod mini that my kids use, while loading everything on my iPod 60GB.
I guess I should come up with a different method for that.

I have coloured vertical lines about a quarter of the way from the left of the picture when using my apple tv 2. Anyone got any idea what is causing it. Have done a reset but still same. ATV2 is only a month old.
Just to make sure, try a different set of cables. If the problem persists, have the unit replaced by Apple.

i have an ipod touch 5th gen and when connected to itunes i get a message saying itunes was unable to load data class information from sync services. reconnect or try again later. anyone got any ideas? i've tried most things on most forums but still no joy

My music files etc were all located on my old laptop which was stolen. I have just plugged my iphone in to my new computer and it has deleted all my files. Has anybody got any ideas on how to retrieve the files?

Connect the iPod to your PC. If iTunes starts syncing (ie erasing) your music automatically, hit the X in the upper right hand corner of iTunes display, to the left of the search box, to stop it.
In Control Panel, Portable Media Devices, double-click your iPod.
In the Tools menu -> Options, in the View Tab, check "Show hidden files and folders."
Navigate to the Music folder. On my 'pod, the full path is
Portable Media Devices\NAME of IPOD (F:)\iPod_Control\Music
Select all the music folders, and drag and drop them into a folder on your hard drive, or directly into iTunes.
And you're done! The iPod music folder structure is strange and inexplicable, but once you move your files into iTunes you can set it to automatically organize your folder by artist and album to clean that up. (To do this, in iTunes Edit menu, choose Preferences and in the Advanced tab, check "Keep iTunes Music Folder organized."

My Time Capsule expired and no longer works. My printer (a HP) will now not work as it still wishes to connect through the Time Capsule. It will not allow itself be recognised through a USB connection to my Mac. Anyone got any ideas?
You will need to install the printer on your Mac
Open System Preferences (gear icon) on the dock
Open Print & Fax
Click the + (plus) button at the bottom of the printer list
Wait for your printer to appear in the next box, then click it to highlight it
Click Add at the lower right
Be sure to select the correct printer when you try to print as you will see your printer listed twice. Good idea to make the printer now installed on your Mac the default printer so you do not have to choose which printer to use each time you want to print.
You can also go into Print & Fax, select the printer associated with the Time Capsule and click the - (minus) button if you want to delete that location. -

According to the hardware requirements, my system well exceeds them, but no joy!UPDATE: I backed up my phone, wiped it (Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Settings), & then restored it through iTunes. For whatever reason, that seems to have fixed the problem. Movies now sync to my phone like they used to.
That process seems to have corrected 1 or 2 other minor issues, including one where iTunes was 'syncing artwork' for a long time on every sync. -
My copy of Creative suite illustrator has stopped opening, I uninstalled and when I have come to reinstall it is coming up with a Exit Error 20 - anyone got any ideas - Please.

I have downloaded what's app but the icon is not on my iphone i have to search for the app everytime i want to use it has anyone got any ideas please???
This makes no sense... if it's not on the phone, it's not on the phone. A search of the device would never find it.
Is the issue possible that the app is simply on another home screen or in a folder? Have you possibly filled the 11 page max of home screens?
