I've added songs and vedios to iTunes in my computer then I synchronise it with my Ipad3 ..... For the songs it was OK but for the vedios I got a message that some format are not supported then the screen became black with no video or sound ....how can I get back the vedios...I'm afraid to make reset to the iPad otherwise I'll loose all the applications and media.. Any ideas please .... Thanks

First of all - depending upon how you define resetting the iPad - you will not lose anything. If you erase all contents and settings - then you will lose everything. Don't do that!
If the videos are not in the correct format - launch iTunes on your computer. Click on one of the videos in your iTunes library in order to select it. Then go to Advanced>Create iPad or Apple TV version and see if the video will convert. Do the same for the other videos and then select those to sync again with the iPad.
To get the videos app working again, first quit it completely and restart the iPad.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
If the videos app still doesn't work, try this.
Swipe to the right from your first home screen to get to the iPad Spotlight search. Type in the name of any of your movies in the field at the top. when the movie appears in the search - tap on it and it should hopefully start to play. Let it play for a minute or so - hit done - go back to videos app and see if all is OK.

The iPod begins to freeze mid sync and the (-69) error message haults the sync process. The hard drive has been upgraded, it has a new logicboard (with 128mb RAM), new housing, battery, hold / headphone jack. Basically the only original parts are the bezel, click wheel, screen, and data ribbons. Have attempted the 3Rs and have also tried to isolate potentially corrupt audio files and remove them, but this did not seem to be the primary cause. The sync failure consistently happens at just under a 1000 songs (5.4gb) and then it starts to error (-69) any song after that. Your advise would be enthusiastically received.

Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc.

Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option (alt) key (shift on Windows), then guide it to the new location of the library.

I've been getting the same message for like an hour now. Do those tracks still show on the album in the store ? If not then the rights-holder must have removed them, in which case you won't be able to redownload them, you will have to copy them back from your backup of your downloads/library. Restart your phone,hold the home button and the off button down till the apple symbol comes up. If that doesnt fix it , you need to do a restore in itunes by connecting to itunes , click on your phones name to the left, then click restore in the center of the screen and restore from backup.

This problem is irritating me....?

To take panorama
- ensure that the panorama option is on
- press the shutter button once
- you will see a line with an arrow
- move around in a circle ( I keep the camera steady and turn myself around in a circle)
- as you do this you will see the arrow moving across the screen as it captures pictures
- at the end of the capture, you will be able to see your panorama picture

You can purchase Lightroom 6 as a part of the creative cloud photography package, part of creative cloud, as a stand alone product or as a product upgrade.
If you purchased lightroom 5 as a perpetual product rather than the creative cloud, you would need to purchase an upgrade to Lightroom 6. Udpates are free for stand alone versions, but upgrades need to be purchased.
If you need to purchase an upgrade to a perpetual license that you downloaded or purchased at a store, see this link: Products . Scroll down to lightroom and click "buy". Click on the selectable text by " I want to: "and select "upgrade".
If you are trying to install Lightroom CC 2016 as a part of a creative cloud subscription, you should be able to download and install Lightroom CC 2015 from the Creative Cloud site.
