I've already purchased creative cloud student membership. Where do I send verification?

I received an e-mail saying that I need to submit proof of student status within 7 days to verify my eligibility for creative cloud student membership, otherwise my membership will be cancelled. I purchased creative cloud at the beginning of October and have been using it since then. I believe that I showed proof of eligibility via my student e-mail address back when I purchased it. There is no information in the e-mail regarding where or how I submit this information. All it tells me is what is acceptable for verification (including student e-mail address). Basically all I need to know is where I submit this information so that I can keep my membership.

    I had PhotoShop CS6 trial, which expired.
    I have purchased Creative Cloud student edition, I receive a message that my PhotoShop trial has expired.
    I am prompted to purchase the product to extend it, or type in the product's serial number
    (I never received a serial number.)
    I paid for Creative Cloud and have an order number, I should not be having this issue. 
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled PhotoShop CS6 multiple times, I also use DreamWeaver and am fearful that I will encounter the same issue. How can I use the Photoshop CS6 after I have paid for it?

    The trial expired 2 weeks ago - Monday.
    I purchased the Cloud Yesterday, also 2 weeks ago Monday 10/15/2012.
    I purchased it twice thinking 1 purchase did not complete.
    I still will need to request a refund for 1, I've been too busy between, work, school, and kid. I'm at work now.

  • I started a creative cloud student membership but Premiere Pro and After Effects are not in the app

    I started a creative cloud student membership but Premiere Pro and After Effects are not in the app and won't download from the adobe website, all that happens is that the creative cloud app opens and sends me to the list of programs available for download which still do not contain Premiere Pro and After Effects

    Premiere Pro and After Effects are 64 bit only apps.
    They require a 64 bit computer and a 64 bit operating system.
    If you're running Windows 7 32 bit or Windows 8 32 bit then you will not be able to download, install or run Premiere Pro or After Effects.

    I have recently signed up for the Creative Cloud membership for student/teacher paying $14.99 p/m. I am having difficulties downloading adobe illustrator because it says i my trial has expired (this is because i have already done an illustrator trial) but I had understood that when signing up to this membership it would enable me to have access to a range of FULL apps but im being offere trials for all of them. If this is correct and it is just trials for a year membership? i will consider cancelling my membership. I really need help because this is a very important program for my university studies.

    Monikacorrea did you already order your Creative Cloud subscription?  I am finding no records of any orders under the EDU e-mail address you used to log into this forum.  Please make sure that when ordering your Creative Cloud subscription that you use a .edu e-mail address.  If you use a non school specific e-mail address then you will need to submit your proof of eligibility.

    Students get the full Cloud for US$19.99/month - same price everyone else pays for the Single App plan.
    There is no Single App plan specifically at Student rates.

    Hello! I have a CC Student Membership, and I usually pay about $21 and change a month for the programs. I'm a student at AiO and I use all the programs that come with it for my classes. I just got notification that my rate will be jumping up to 29.99 plus tax, so I'll be paying over $30 now. I'm just wondering if it's because my student membership is expiring, if there's something extra I have to do to renew it as a student membership, or if we're only allowed to receive the student rate for 1 year and then have to pay full price? Or are everyone's rates going up? I'm just kind of lost - checked my account for information and found no explanation on my bill or notification it was going up except for the e-mail I received this morning. Help!

  • Purchased Creative Cloud complete on Black Friday for $40/mo, I've been charged twice and can't find out how to license my trial. PLEASE HELP!

    I signed up and purchased a discount plan of Creative Cloud Complete for $40/mo for the first year on Black Friday (11/28/14). I downloaded the Creative Cloud desktop app as well as Lightroom and Photoshop a few days later when my new computer came in. They have both reached the trial limit (I'm not even sure why it put me as a trial when I had already purchased Creative Cloud Complete). Since then I have downloaded and installed AE and PR and they have about 15 days left on the trial. My account has now been charged $40 twice. The first time was on 11/28/14 when I signed up, and the second time was on 12/29/14. Both were for the amount of $39.99. When I log into my Adobe Creative Cloud account online, it's asking me if I'm "ready to buy?". Why does it say this if I have already purchased a plan? How do I get the information to license all of the software? Nowhere in my account settings can I find a way to license all of the Creative Cloud programs I have installed. Please help! I have tons of projects I need to be working on and cannot afford any delays!
