I've already subscribed and paid for this app and I keep getting asked to subscribe and pay again.

I've paid for the translation or conversation program and I still am being asked to sign up for this. Any idea how to get the subscription to work?

    If you bought GargeBand already, you bought a different program, GarageBand 1.3 and not GarageBand 2.0. This is not an update, it is an upgrade, a completely new version for compatibility with the new MacOS Mavericks and GarageBand on the Mac. I'd be grateful, that this time we do not have to buy all new apps  again, only the additional content. Usually the upgrades to completely new versions have been paid upgrades.

    I press update all apps, I get asked to input my password for my current appleID but then it pops up again asking for a password to an email address that I haven't used in years. Its never done this before what can I do?

    Hi.
    I see that you have a paid subscription to ExportPDF assigned to the same Adobe ID you used to post to this forum <<[email protected]>>.
    If you log into ExportPDF with this same Adobe ID, you should see that your service has unlimited conversions.
    (The error you describe usually occurs when you log into the service with an Adobe ID which is different than the Adobe ID you used to purchase the subscription.)
    Let us know if you continue to have issues.

    ~7 days ago I began having the same problem on both my Iphones. Anytime I attempt to install updates using "Update All", in the past, the App Store would simply skip over the applications for which I need to purchase discounted updates (with a cancel press) and continue installing the free updates.
    Now, the phone displays the, "You cannot .... " message immediately and stops ALL THE INSTALLATIONS then kicks me back out to the mainspring board.
    The only way to circumvent this is to go back into the App Store and download each free update one-by-one, a process which is both frustrating and time consuming as I'm still on 5.1.1 and the App Store closes then kicks you back to Springboard after each update button push.
    Does anyone have any ideas if this was a policy change on Apple's part and how to circumvent it without de-installing the umpteen number of apps I have?

    Click "Account" under Quick Links at the top right of the iTunes store. Next to payment information click "Edit" and then select "None" under payment method.
    On an iOS device go to Settings>Store>Apple ID>View Apple ID>Payment Information>None.

    I purchased and paid for an app through iTunes apps and it may be a fraudulent app as it is not doing anything other than show text in what looks like Thai language and has no links.  The software was supposed to be "master in 24 hrs office 2010. ".     sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app, Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app
    when signing in, use the same adobe id you used to subscribe.

    I'm not really sure what you did, however you can only purchase apps from the App Store not from individual websites. I've taken a look at the website myself and it does direct you to the App Store, is this what happened for you.

    Sounds like you have a battry issue but don't want to believe it.
    If a car was running fine on one tank of gas, then you filled it up with another tank of gas and it began to run funny, one might suspect that tank of gas. But let's just say coincidence blew a valve-- would you think the new tank of gas was the culprit?
    BUT WAIT!! It just might have been! The gas could have been of higher octane and put more more strain on the valves; you know, like going from 87 octane (OS6) to 93 octane (OS7) and showing you the engine was on the edge of compromise.
    Sometimes you have to go with common sense. If everything else is ruled out, it must be the battery. And if it runs fine one moment in OS6 but immediately ***** in OS7, I'd believe my battery was suspect-- though comfy-- in OS6 but the OS7 showed its true power.
    Moreover, if you had the answer-- or didn't want to believe someone's more competent advice-- why did you even call?  You've already shown that you don't know much when you asked if you could go backwards after setting up the new OS as a new phone.
    Additonally, if you're such the know-it-all, but yourself the $29 battery and put it in yourself. It's a piece of cake.

    First, the app must be universal...designed for both iPhone/iPad:
    Tap App Store.
    Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
    Tap Updates.
    Tap Purchased on the resulting screen.
    Locate the app in your Purchased tab.
    Tap the download icon.
    The app will begin downloading and you'll be taken back to your home screen.
