I've been trying to download other software that I received from a while ago

I currently attend the Art Institute online and I received my software through the school. I only have Adobe Bridge and Illustrator on my laptop but I cannot access any other softwares that are available to me... I'm pretty sure I have Adobe Creative Suite.. How can I get to the downloads without having to pay again and downloading trials?

I think I have Creative Suite 5.. Operating system is a Mac.
I'm sure I have the serial number somewhere but there was a separate window that showed up when I first installed the 2 that I already had which gave me the option to download more. I can't get to that window anymore.

I found it on the internet and have nearly downloaded it but my security system won't let me I followed the instructions to get the security system to make an exception for this app but at the end of the instructions it has a log-in pop up that says "OS X is trying to allow an item to always run. Type an administrator's name and password to allow this." I don't know what it means by an administrators name and password I typed my apple ID but this didn't work. I checked if i had the right password and i did and i have tried it multiple times but it still doesn't work this is very frustrating and I need to fix it

How do you uninstall software? I have tried to download printer software that needs to be reinstalled and I cannot proceed until the original version is completely uninstalled.

If its an actual application and appears as an icon in applications then click and hold over the icon and drag it to the trash can. That should uninstall it as far as I know.
If its like the HP printer software then there is an uninstalled icon within the folder.

I have been trying to download a ringtone that I just purchased from iTunes, but it will not download. It keeps saying "Download error. Tap to retry." And everytime I press "retry," it is saying "UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD RINGTONE" I just did the 7.0.2 update.

I venture to say you have a Windows PC.
If so, before beginning the download try temporarily disabling your antivirus, anti-adware, anti-spyware, and any other anti-whatever that is required with the insecure OS your computer is running.

I have been trying to update the software to 3.6.17for a while now, but it just sits and churns and says it is connecting to the server. I have already had my computer on all night and return in the morning to see it is still trying to find the server.

Problems trying to download iPod Software Update 2.0

Ive been trying to download the software update for about 3 hours now, but about every 5 minutes or less i get a error saying:
'There was a problem with the iPod software for the iPod "MyName iPod". The network connection timed out.
Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later.'
But, i'm having no problems whatsoever with my connection, it all seems perfectly fine to me.
If anyone could help me at all with any settings that might be able to be changed or something or anything that could stop this message appearing so that my download will actually be able to get somewhere...

I am having this same issue trying to download the 1.1.5 update for my touch, it goes for a while then times out, over and over.
Over the last 18 hours I have tried this update about 30 times and it has failed every time, never at the same point, it downloads a different amount every time but it always stops...
No information from Apple on this issue ? Poor show, I would have expected better from the worlds best computer manufacturer, they give the impression that they think of everything but then it´s little things like this that let them down.

What iOS are you currently running?
If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

When it does respond to iTunes it tells me that I have to restore my phone. I click restore and it says "Extracting Software". It gets all the way to the end and then says that there is an error; something about a disk being full?
I have no idea what is going on and I could really use some help.

1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.

If this SAME problems is effecting us all then suspect its not IPS problem as we all get problem at 995.6MB.
I would think that there is some kind of software conflict. If we all having this problem just think of how many users have the same but are not on this discussion board, bet you its 100s and 100s.
Not possible for me to visit store now but will monitor your responce's.

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you boot, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.
