Hi I changed the pin on my iPhone 6, but i can't remember what it is., so my iPhone is now disabled . I have the puk and the phone is connected to the iTunes that it was origionaly set up on . How do I get my phone going again ?

From what I can gather, it sounds like your device is disabled and needs to be restored to factory settings. After reviewing your post, I have located an article that can help in this situation. It contains helpful advice concerning recovery mode:
If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Use recovery mode
You might need to use recovery mode to restore your device in these cases:
iTunes doesn't recognize your device or says it's in recovery mode.
You see the Apple logo onscreen for several minutes with no progress bar.
You see the Connect to iTunes screen.
Learn what to do if you see the progress bar onscreen for several minutes.
To put your device into recovery mode, follow these steps:
Turn off your device and leave it off.
Plug in your device's USB cable to a computer with iTunes.
Hold down the Home button on your device as you connect the USB cable. Keep holding down the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
When you see this screen, release the Home button. If you don't see this screen, try steps 1 through 3 again.
When your device is connected, iTunes will open. You'll see a message saying that iTunes has detected an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in recovery mode.
Use iTunes to restore your device. Restoring in recovery mode will erase your device. If you previously synced with iTunes or iCloud, you might be able to restore from your backup.

If you put your device into recovery mode by mistake, restart it. Or you can wait 15 minutes and your device will exit recovery mode by itself.

I have an iPhone 4. I've been archiving email I want to keep but I don't know where it's going. I don't see a folder called "Archive"
The procedure is Settings>Messages>Send & Receive at>You can be reached by iMessages at>Add another email address. The email address has to be a valid working email address, obviously. Apple should verify the email address and you have to go to the inbox of that email account, read the verification email from Apple and follow the inductions in the email in order to complete the verification. Then you go back to the settings, uncheck your email address and check the new email address to be used as the contact email address.

iCloud storage doesn't affect the available storage on your device. It's for backing up your device and syncing your data, so you can recover the data if needed.
You probably need to import photos/videos to your computer or another destination (like a photo kiosk & burn CDs), and then delete them from your device. Or, delete some unused apps from your device. -

THe iTunes gift code is an optional field, you don't have to fill it in - gift cards are an alternative method of paying for iTunes content, but as they are not available inall countries (and they are country-specific, they can only be used in the country in which they were issued), you may not be able to fill it in anyway. If they are available in your country then you might be able to buy cards from Apple, supermarkets, electrical stores etc

If you enter the PIN incorrectly three times, you may need to enter a Personal Unlocking Key (PUK) to enable your SIM card again. Refer to the SIM card documentation or contact your carrier.
Note: Entering an incorrect PUK code too many times will result in the SIM becoming permanently locked. If this occurs, you will need to contact your carrier for a replacement SIM card.

I just bought a new iPhone but i can't restore my backup files beacuse it keeps saying "itunes could not restore backup because the password was incorrect" but I really don't know where to put the password to restore it. Then un-select Encrypt iPhone backup.

I've tried my hardest to figure out why I can't buy my stupid book for school, and I cannot change my privacy settings because I don't have a recovery email, and every time I press 'set my recovery email' it takes me back tithe same page, logs me in, and then I don't know where to go. You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:
Apple seem to have made this as difficult as possible. Explain the situation in the box provided and wait for a response - include a phone number. The first person you speak to may tell you to do it from the iCloud website but this is not possible. I used the Amazon downloader for the first time last night. Today, my entire itunes library vanished: ITunes opened as if it were a brand new installation, with no content at all. I had a very large library. I had 50 playlists. I had many purchased songs from iTunes. None of it is in iTunes right now.
I have two problems.
First, I want to know how and why this happened.
Second, I want to know how to restore my iTunes library and iTunes data (ratings, playlists, etc) into iTunes.
I have an HP Simple Save drive that is hooked up to the computer, and presumably backed up the iTunes data. I don't know how to restore it though, and I don't know why this happened.

No, you should not have to do it everytinme.
However, as part of your regular backup plan (you do have one, yes?) make sure to backup the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder.
