What should we do?

You can try but I'm not certain if you can re register a previously registered device. The warranty only extends from the original date of purchase.

iCloud is not the way to do this. You should use Migration Assistant - with this you can transfer your complete User folder from the old Mac including preferences and logins. You will need to connect the two with FireWire or USB depending on the models.
Ideally you should do this before you set up the new Mac - if you create a user account with the same name than the Migration will have to give the migrated user folder a different name. When you first switch on the new Mac it should ask you if you want to transfer your data, and give you instructions.

Go to Settings on the iPad, be on the General tab, and then go to the bottom where it says "Reset".
I recommend to Erase All Content and Settings, seeing as it's a used iPAd. Once that is completed, if it comes up to a screen telling you to plug the device into iTunes, follow that instruction. If it doesn't and you are already on iOS 5, you're set to go and it will guide you through the stesp to enjoy your iPad.
If it doesn't have iOS 5, plug it into your computer and open up iTunes after Erasing All Content and Settings, and follow the steps shown on your computer. If no steps show, go to the left hand side of the program and click 'iPad' and follow the steps. If no steps are given, click 'Check for Updates' if it didn't prompt you already to update your iPad.

If your iPad has no front or back cameras, then you have an original iPad 1.
The original iPad 1 cannot be upgraded any further than iOS 5.1.1.

If both have Firewire ports then you can accomplish your goal by using Target Disk Mode. If this is not possible then you can do using an external drive or if you have a local network connect both to your network and use filesharing between the two computers.

To transfer the product from one system to another , first step would be to deactivate the product from that machine so that you have an empty seat available for you . Second step , will be to get the media and install the product on the new machine and then activate it using the serial number that you will have .

Why would you make a new account? This will likely cause many problems. Just get you old account enabled.

Howard has the easiest answer. Or at least, cheapest, since you don't need to purchase an external CD/DVD drive.
The "demo" software from Microsoft's site is exactly the same as what's on the DVD. Install that and activate it with the key in your software box.

You can only import photos from the camera roll into the computer. Is that the album that you are seeing?
Any albums that you create on the device itself (the iPad that is) cannot be transferred to your computer. iPad created albums do not contain copies of your photos but merely pointers to those photos so they do not actually exist in those albums.

No, the internal capacity is fixed. There are some wifi-enabled external drives that allow you to stream music, films etc to an iPad, but you can't change the size of the built-in storage.

The original serial number should be in the box with the installer disk.
If you cannot locate the serial number, contact Apple for a replacement serial number. You will need to provide a proof of purchase.

P.S. The menu command "Aperture > About Aperture" will show you your Aperture 3 serial number on your old mac, but not the previous serial numbers.
