I've bought ringtones and they show up on my iPod but not my phone an I don't have access to a computer, so I how would I get the ringtones I bought on iTunes on my phone?

At the present time, purchased ringtones cannot be redownloaded. You would need to import them to your iTunes library on a computer and sync them to your other devices. You can try contacting iTunes store support and see if they will grant you an exception to this: https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.

Ok I don't know why in the world everyone else has access to the App Store and almost anything they want. Guess what I have access to? Yea that's right I have access to nothing that they have! I'm trying to get itunes up and running on new computer. I have lots of music I've purchased from Itunes...and they show in my account. But only some of them have the cloud next to them. The rest say "downloaded" and it won't let me download them again.
I believe that all audiobooks are supplied to Apple by audible.com, so I assume that it's them requiring the one-time only download. I was asked to set a new passcode this morning which I did (including re-typing the new passcode). The first time I needed to re-enter, the phone failed to accept the new code. I've tried a few times and now I'm locked out. Seen stuff about recovering/restoring the phone but I'm here at work and don't have access to my computer with iTunes. Should I take the phone to an Apple store? Verizon? If so, do I have to wait for the disable period to end? Or is there something else I should do? Thanks.
No wait until you get off work and then restore your phone using your computer with itunes on it.

i don't have access to a computer and so,without physically attaching my iPod touch to PC devices, can you manually restore an apple iPod touch, restrictions passcode online to iTunes and restore it to store purchased factory settings?
Sorry but no. The only way to restore an iPod to factory settings is through iTunes on a computer. You will need to get access to a computer somehow. If you can get to an Apple Store, they can probably help you.

It sounds like an application was downloaded from the Mac App store but it is not working correctly, and you cannot redownload it. Use the following info to delete the incomplete/non working application first:

To uninstall apps you purchased from the Mac App Store, hold down an app’s icon in Launchpad until all the icons begin to jiggle. Click an app’s delete button (x) to uninstall the app.If an icon doesn’t have a delete button, that app can’t be uninstalled. For example, apps that come with OS X can’t be uninstalled.
To uninstall other apps, drag the app to the Trash (the Trash is located at the end of the Dock), and then choose Finder > Empty Trash.If you change your mind, before emptying the Trash, select the app in the Trash, and then choose File > Put Back.Warning: When you empty the Trash, the app is permanently removed from your computer. If you have any files that you created with the app, you may not be able to open them.

YouTube is no longer native in iOS. There are loads of posts on this, so the search bar can be your friend. There is a YouTube app in the App Store. Download it and you'll have YouTube.
You can NOT get rid of Passbook. It is a new Apple Native App and is built into the iOS. If you don't like it, you can put in a folder or on another page, but you can't delete anything Native. -

Do you know --- the last time I tried to back up my itunes it asked for 106 cd's do you how to direct the backup to the external drive? By the way I found 3 back up cds from 2010 and 1 of the 3 cd's had an error.

Do you have find my iPhone enabled on it? If you do, you could log in to your www.icloud.com account in a web browser on any computer and execute a remote erase command (or use the find my iphone app on another iOS device). Then, restore from your iCloud backup (assuming you have that enabled as well and have an iCloud backup file in place to restore from).
