I've bought the 'Convert to PDF' package. The money has gone out of my account. And yet everytime I try to convert a file to PDF it asks me to 'Subscribe now'- even when I am already logged into my account?

I just checked your account (using the same email address that you use here), and don't see any order history. Did you receive confirmation from Adobe? Is it possible that you may have used a different email address when you signed up?

Assuming you mean via Time Machine, yup. It backs up your entire system, including all user accounts (unless you specifically exclude things).

I've never tried it, but the backups run as the "root" user, so will probably continue. If they don't, it's not a problem, as the next backup will "catch up" with all changes.

Not really. If you have the Mac set to shut down at a particular time, that will of course interrupt a backup if one is running. But again, the next backup will catch up. -
When I enter my credit card information on itunes it asks for verification. Now when I switched it back to "None" it says contact itunes support. I would really like to purchase things on itunes store. Any help?

Can't log into new accounts created under 10.4.11
Hello,
I normally only have my main admin user account but I have created a couple dummy accounts under 10.4.10 (and/or earlier) for short term use and have since deleted them.
This morning I installed the 10.4.11 update. Later I decided I needed to create another user account for a project. I can create user accounts just fine but when I attempt to log into those accounts, it will not accept the password (or even null password) for the new accounts. It does not matter if the user is admin or not. I have fast user switching disabled.
Any ideas? Thanks.I temporarily enabled fast user switching and it made no difference.
Can someone else that has updated to 10.4.11 try to create a new user account and then log into the account just for giggles? If you have the same problem, good, in that we confirmed something with the update is hosed.
If you ARE able to create and then successfully log into a new account under 10.4.11 then I know to look elsewhere for my solution. -
Hey, How do I populate my replace colors color library in illustrator? I tried to replace color on a traced/ vectorized image and when I selected and went to the color library CC said I need to use a valid username. I was already logged into my adobe account.
Can you please show a screenshot of what exactly you want to replace where?

Well plug it in again, and then hold the "Lock" and "Home" button at the same time for about 10 seconds. See if that helps.

I am simply trying to get to home screen where I can combine files, edit files, convert, etc. I had the link saved but now it's gone. logging into my account at adobe seems to be a circle of marketing adobe products...i'm just trying to use my current package. Please help.

You can access Acrobat online services using this Link ( cloud.acrobat.com ) , although you might need to sign-in using your Adobe ID, before you can access those services.

I paid for and downloaded a song, but it won't play saying the file could not be found. It says this even when I click on the song IN the itunes store, so I can't even listen to the sample now??
I haven't kept records of the songs I have paid for, and a number of songs have recently been displaying this message, making me search my computer for them. Most I have been able to find, but this one immediately "disappeared" the moment I attempted to play it after downloading...... how do I either get it back or get my money back???How did you do this move? Unless you know what you are doing you have to move the whole, complete iTunes folder.

Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option (alt) key (shift on Windows), then guide it to the new location of the library.

Hi apple, I have currently got a visa $50 gift card. I put it on my iTunes account I have currently ran out of funds on the card. Now even when I try to download free apps or even update, it says it requires a new credit card. Is there a way around this
We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
If you have a credit card on your account then it needs to be valid. Have you tried removing it from yoru account ? On your iPad try tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Store on iOS 6+) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. -
when attempting to log into my account on itunes it ask for my password! I put my password in then I get the prompt again asking for my apple password! I put it in again and it still won't take!! Since you mention a free trial, I'm guessing that you have an Acrobat trial (Adobe doesn't offer free trials of the Acrobat.com online services).
If you do have Acrobat, you can use the Save As command in that application to save directly to Word format.

Go and log out of your MobileMe account and then try logging back in again with a dummy username and password. This can help clear it and then just log back in again with your normal username and password.
Note though that iWeb does not require a password or username to use it - this is MobileMe.
Also, start thinking about MobileMe alternatives before you are forced to in June. -

Building an MP3 player in Actionscript - almost there I hope...
Hi. I have the below actionscript almost working for playing mp3s. This isn't dynamic or anything. Just links to songs (from buttons) that should null each other out when clicked on. The first song loads fine. However, the second song will not load.
