I've brought albums and when I updated my phone today, they were deleted and when I go on the album in itunes it says i haven't even brought it. What shall I do?

When you log in to the iTunes Store to check your purchases, make ure you use the same Apple ID as was used to buy the albums.

i was trying to update/restore my ipod and now i plug it in and it stays frozen on the usb to itunes picture. and when i plug it in it dosnt come up in itunes how do i fix this? any suggestions are appreciated
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I updated to Yosemite and now I can't open my YNAB finance app. There is a question mark in the Dock where the App should be and when I hover over the question mark it does say YNAB but I can't open it. When I double click on the question mark nothing happens. Has the link to YNAB been broken with the update? Has this happened to anyone else?
Check the Application folder.
If it is not there, contact YNAB Finance for a OS X Yosemite compatible version of the application.

i have just got an ipad mini 2 and i am trying to back it up however it gets to step 4 then keeps saying syncing ipad but now wont change, what shall i do?

Start with these tips if your iPad mini is stuck on "syncing" when you try to back it up:
Update to the latest version of iTunes.
Plug the device directly into a high-power USB 2.0 port on the computer. If possible, use a USB port on the back of the computer.
Avoid plugging the device into a keyboard, display, or standalone hub. The USB ports on these accessories may be low-power or only offer USB 1.x connections.
If you are using an accessory, remove the accessory and connect the device to the computer using only the Apple 30-pin to USB Cable or Lightning to USB Cable.
If you have access to additional Apple 30-pin to USB Cable or Lightning to USB Cables, try testing with another if the first one doesn't work.
Restart your computer and device. To restart your device:
Hold the power button until "slide to power off" appears. Slide to power off your device. When it is off, press the Sleep/Wake button to turn it back on.
Disconnect all USB devices from your computer, except for your keyboard and mouse. Then reconnect the iOS device. If the issue is resolved, reconnect other USB devices, testing after each connection.

When i try to play music on itunes it says the original file cant be found. I have music on exyernal dive and it is working . How can i correct this?
See if you have most of the songs with 'Exclamation' symbol precede the name under your music library.
If so, double click a song with ! mark on side, you will be given an option to locate the file where the song is held. Select "locate" and direct it to your External Drive folder / file where the song is and open it.
iTunes then will give you the option to use this process to update all of your library. OK that as this will fix all automatically instead of doing them one by one. -
I have an Iphone 3gs and today I had taken some pictures and my battery was 8% i was looking at the few I had took. Then my phone died but when I plugged it into the charger and got it on I went to upload the pictures but they were deleted! All my other pictures that i have taken are still there, it just deleted the ones I took a couple of hours before it died!
I was just wondering if there is anyway of getting them back at all? and how common is this?Sounds like your iPhone was hacked to unlock and now updating locks back to the original carrier.

I have ran the diagnostics test on iTunes and iPod. The diagnostic says there is an iPod, it is identified with the correct name, but it says there is no sync ability. What can I do? iPod nano 3rd generation. All updates are current.

Weeks, months, years? It's possible your battery is dying. Take the iPod Nano to an Apple store or an AASP. Whichever is more convenient for you.

Since I downloaded the newest update, my phone only rings or makes text sounds about 10% of the time. It can be sitting in front of me and a call or text comes in. No sound, just a msg on the screen. Anyone out there having that problem? It's not a problem in the settings as I set the rings and tones I want. The rare one comes thru with sound. I never had any problems before update.
No, sounds like when you dropped it an cracked the screen it may have also damaged the logic board or the repair person damaged a cable.

I use yahoo for my email account and have this acocunt set up on my ipad. I have folders that I use. When I moved emails into a folder on my ipad and went to retrieve them at a later date they were deleted. I accessed my yahoo account from my computer and they weren't there. When I opened the folder on my ipad the email was there for a second and then it checked for updates and the emails disappeared.

iCloud doesn't back up your emails on iCloud. If you have Mail turned on in Settings > iCloud, it just means that you are using your @icloud.com or @me.com mail account on the iPad. In this case, all the mails you receive onto the iCloud mail address are stored on iCloud. iCloud uses IMAP, so if you delete a mail from one device or computer, it will be deleted from all other computers and devices. I recieved an ipod 5 for a early christmas present a day ago, I already owned an ipod 4 so i just used my info from that ipod as a back up for my 5g. but now when i try to download music from itunes it says i must use my security questions (which i made over a year ago) I can't remember the answers and i can't get on the email that it sends the reset info to. i don't know what to do and its really frustrating. please help ASAP!
You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
Whichever method you use, you probably won't get a response until the 26th. If you absolutely must make a purchase before then, create a new Apple ID; you won't be able to transfer previous purchases or iTunes Store credit to it.

We'll need more information before anyone can be of much help. What model iPhone is it, what versions of iOS are running on the iPad 2 now, what exactly are you trying to update, and what version of iTunes are you running? And what exactly is going wrong (include error messages if any).
Once we have that information, someone here can probably offer advice. Note that you cannot sync content or upgrade iOS wirelessly until you get your iPhone and iPad up to iOS 5 and that requires that you connect those devices to your computer via the Dock-USB cable.
