I've changed the account password and now the system ask me to confirm the CC number again.
I've already done this when I've installed itunes on a new PC and i've been charged 1.98 euro.
I'll be charged again? (and this will be the third time...)

The first time I was charged 2 days ago when I registred my iPhone, and the second one 1 day ago when I installed iTunes on my new PC.

1. Don't confuse "Apple ID" with iTunes Account ID. You can have many Apple IDs but only one iTunes account active at a time.
2. If you "changed" your iTunes account ID, you actually have 2 accounts - one under the old name plus the new name.
3. You can't merge the accounts - they remain separate. Apps purcahsed under the old account name will update ONLY WHEN THE PHONE IS SIGNED IN TO THE OLD ACCOUNT NAME and visa versa.
4. Likewise, you can sync only the apps, music, media purchased under the account the phone AND iTunes are signed in to.

As Tyler implies: you opened up the phone and furtled about inside it, therefore the responsibility for the state of the phone lies entirely with yourself. Nobody else can help, as nobody can know what you did in there.

How do i change the security password answers. I cannot find it anywhere in appleid.com.

You might try to see if you can change your security questions. Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account > Password and Security.
I'm able to do this, others say they need to input answers to their current security questions in order to make changes, I'm inclined to think its worth a try, you don't have anything to lose.
If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through Express Lane (select your country, navigate to iCloud help and enter the serial number of one of your devices)

Log out of your old account on iTunes and then re-sync your iPod Touch. Unplug your iPod Touch and then next time you go to the apps store, it'll ask you for your FULL account details i.e. e-mail address and password. Enter in the new account details and you shoudl be sorted.

once you sign out just click sign in and put the new email address in the "Username" field and your correct password then click OK
it will look like it is doing nothing but give it time and it will sign you in with the new username.
is it possible you have multiple itunes accounts?
when you changed your itunes account from your me.com to your gmail.com address did you change it within the itunes Edit Account Info ('Store' menu then select 'View My Account', then sign in , select edit account info) or did you just create another itunes account?

Can local admin change the root password in Mavericks

One of my people and I keep going back and forth with this question. I remember reading somewhere (cannot find it now) that in 10.9 Apple changed it, so a local admin could not longer change the root password if it has been enabled by the IT group.

AFAIK, any admin account user can set/change the root password. See OS X Mavericks: Enable and disable the root user for details. If you or IT don't trust your people, don't give them admin privileges.

Under Solaris 11 root is a role, not an account. This means that you cannot log into the machine as root. You have to log in using a different account and then gain privileges using su, sudo or pfexec. You can convert root to a normal account using the command:
rolemod -K type=normal root
however, root was made a role for legitimate security reasons. If you can avoid changing root to a normal account you should probably do so because it provides an additional layer of security for the rather overpowered root account.
If you want ssh access to the converted root account, you also need to configure the ssh server to allow root logins by enabling the PermitRootLogins statement in the /etc/ssh/sshd_config file. Again, remember that doing this is loosening security on the root account.

Is there a quick and easy way to change the account an ECMA 2 is using - even for specific tasks? My need is that I have developed the ECMA in a Dev domain but need to copy a file to a production share before we move the ECMA into the Production FIM instance.
My Dev account doesn't exist in the production domain so can't be given the permissions.

Hi, I have even the worst problem,
that seems probably to to be never asked on Internet. After quick learning how to reset this creapy device, I can't get by no means the enable password in default config for this box, having read everywhere from Cisco guide through community pages to Google pages.. NOWHERE.
Question is : what else except Cisco, cisco, root, password... can solve this stupid issue?!? I expect some guru from responsible AP BU to answer this with definite answer, or someone from Cisco having mercy with me to contact such guy(s).

How do you change the account reset information for your account?

I was using live account as the apple ID for quite some time and recently after it was migrate to the new outlok my email ID changed as well.
Correspondingly I renamed the apple ID to reflect outlook.com.
I was trying to change the account reset information (email to which the reset link will be sent to, it still points to my live.com alias), however I have forgotten the answers to the information which could have helped me to change this.
Is there any other alternate way of changing the account reset information?
