I've cleared CX-310-065 exam but can't access to CertVIew or CertManager

Hi,
my name is Clemente Biondo, as stated in the subject I need help to activate an account on CertVIew and CertManager.
On October 5 2010 I've successfully passed with a score of 93% the former Sun Java Certified Programmer (SCJP) CX-310-065 exam now rebranded "Oracle Certified Professional Exam".
On the prometric site in the Candidate History section it's reported:
Exam Date/Time:5-Oct-2010 10:00 AM
Exam Name: Oracle Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform, SE 6.0
Test Center:SOFT TECNO S.R.L.
Client/Exam Number:Oracle 310-065
Confirmation Number:...
Exam Status: Passed
Having said that, following the indications in the Oracle website, i've tried to register a new account(Create Web Login) on CertManager with the data indicated in the printout the test center gave me but i've received this error message:
We could not find a user meeting the specified criteria. Please review the criteria and try again.
I've also tried to register to CertVIew after registering through pearsonvue.com but after three attempt to log on CertVIew I'm stuck with the following message:
Third invalid attempt
We are sorry, but we are still unable to verify your information. Your account has been referred to our
service department for manual processing. You should expect to be contacted within seven business days.
Could you please help me activate an account on CertVIew and CertManager so i can download my certification logo, prove
to others that I'm certified and move on to the SCJD certification?
Will I receive a hard copy or soft copy certificate?

Your SCJP exam will only show up in www.certmanager.com/sun. Please contact [email protected] and they will assist you with getting this set up. In addition to the information you provided below, please provide your Prometric ID.
Also, now that you have set up your Pearson VUE ID, please be sure that you use that ID for any future exams that you take at Pearson VUE. The customer services team will contact you about your CertView account. Please note, though that any exams you have taken at Prometric will not show up in CertView at this time - they will show up in CertManager.

Were you able to reset the account's password ? If not then how did you try to get it reset e.g. http://iforgot.apple.com (which would have sent it to the rescue email address if you have one on that account) ? You can also try contacting iTunes Support in your country to get it reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
And no, accounts can't be merged nor content transferred between accounts.

There is nothing that you can do to get rid of the balance on your own. Contact iTunes Store Support and seek their assistance. I believe that they can reset your balance for you.

The auto recovery dat should be in the Microsoft User Data folder in your documents folder, not in the Library. However, I Haven't had to look recently.

She would have to ask her carrier if they unlock iPhones and if she qualifies for this service.

IPhone 5s can connect to wireless WIFI router but can not access internet.

iPhone 5s can connect to wireless WIFI router but can not access internet at work. The admin says the router lets my iPhone connect to LAN, but the iPhone does not have server IP to access the internet. I entered the server IP and port number in the HTTP PROXY fields but I still can not access the web. Any ideas?

You IT person should be able to sort this out. But, they seems to be too busy or disinterested to do this. Suggest you provide the it person with an iPhone to get interested.
Any could be lots of things.
The best you can do is to get access to the admin setup for networking on a pc? The internet settings are all the same. Only what names the manufactures change from OS to OS. Check and compare parameters.
Phone works to internet at home, I assume?

You may think you are connected to the internet, but maybe not. Click on Safari and see if it connects.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Creating a new Apple ID isn't the way to fix that problem. All that will do is create a new Apple ID with no record of your previous purchase history or anything else related to iCloud.

What you need to do is start up in window 7 and insert the snow leopard dvd and install boot camp 3.0 and after that you can install 3.1 update.

Website appears on server, but can't access from other computers

I migrated from Server 10.5 to Snow Leopard Server. Used the migration tool to bring everything over from the previous box.
I can access the website via browser from the server, but can't access it from any other computers. I'm a decidedly non-geek type, so too many settings are gibberish to me. However, I at least ran the previous server for many years without problems.
Any clues as to what I'm missing?

What error message(s) are you getting from the remote web browser clients?
Exactly what string are you typing into the address bar of the web browser?
Are the remote clients on the same LAN as the web server, or on a remote network?
If running, is the firewall open for port 80 or port 443 for the web server?
Knowing a little more "gibberish" helps when you're running a server, too.

Despite what you call, "a full WiFi connection", you may not really be connected to your WiFi network.
Your router may not have given your iPad a valid local network IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the ">" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be as simple as restarting your router (remove power to the router for 30 seconds and then restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPad (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc.

I have been on the phone with Apple, done all of the trouble shooting they have recomended. When I attempt to connect it to the internet I get a message reading "your apple tv is connected to your wi-fi but cannot connect to the internet. I have plugged the modem right into the apple tv and it still won't work. This is the second device I've used. (apple gave me a new one after the first didn't work). I just thought there might be someone out there who had the same issue and knows how to resolve it.
