I've created a Photoshop PDF and all the text is editbale after passing through indesign to add crop marks and bleeds - one line now isn't editable, what's causing this

I've created a Photoshop PDF and all the text is editable in the resulting PDF.
The PDF created by Photoshop is completely editable, all text! I put it through indesign so I could add crop marks and reduce the pdf file size and now all the text is editable except one line!
I've not used any faux styles or effects...what could be causing this?

Export pdf and save as using digits.pdf eliminating all the text characters from the source file.

Usually when we export pdf from indesign or whatever software,,, the pdf file naming will be as per source file...
eg., 123456_dfdfjljf_ULCC.indd will be exported and saved as 123456_dfdfjljf_ULCC.pdf.
my request is "the pdf should be saved as 12345.pdf avoiding all the characters following first digits.
hint: first digists may be more or less than 4 digits....
My request is any number of digits should be saved as 23232.......pdf and avoding the following characters.
please help me... i have hell lot of pdf to export from indesign.......

There is no "whatever" here - when you export from InDesign or other software each piece of software makes its own naming decisions. It isn't an Acrobat or JavaScript thing at all.

An iBook G4 is not always recognised by the NEC V260X projector. Sometimes it is and sometimes not. It isn't clear what is causing the instability. Any ideas?

All the text is unreadable, after my latest FF update,

The text is in rectangle boxes with unreadable artifacts. My ISP yahoo has the same issue as are all the pull down menus, except Headlines are readable. IE is fine. How can I correct this issue. Running XP sp3. Thanks, Joel

That's a bad font!
Check to see if you have any of the following fonts:
Helvetica Fractions, Times Phonetic and Alien.
and if you do, delete them!

My 2011 15" Macbook Pro occasionally freezes and beeps loudly in groups of three. What is causing this?

This problem typically occured when I was doing something particularly strenuous, but I just recently had it happen while browsing the internet. The computer will suddenly freeze and start beeping loudly in groups of three with an LED on the front flashing in sync with the sound. I am running Snow leopar if that has any bearing on this problem. What exactly is causing this?

At one single problem at all One more thing I got a laptop cooler and I run full-time now when using my system. I spoke to a techie and told me all MacBook Pros run very hot. It seems to run a lot better with the cooling fans going.

My PDF download stopped operating and I can not open Any PDF documents using Firefox anymore. I have Adobe reader 9.3.1 installed on PC and on Firefox I have PDF download 3.0.0.2 and Adobe acrobat 9.3.0.148. What could cause this sudden malfunction?

Ever since the second or third month I received my MacBook, it has had this problem of shutting down whenever I even touch the monitor, and then occassionally refuses to turn back on. Cannot create a Photoshop .pdf because of a "program error"

I make Photoshop .pdf files all the time, but today I couldn't create one. The original file was a large .psd image (26 mb). I get this error message: "Could not save as “sandybell for desert shakedown 02.pdf” because of a program error."
It doesn't say what error! However, I wonder if it's because the file is so large. I just tested Photoshop and made a .pdf file of a .png file that was 221k.
Is there a limit to the size of file you can make into a .pdf? If so, what is that limit?

Your file hardly qualifies as a "large file". Its size is not the issue.
The error message is too vague to be of any help. All it tells you that the failure was due to some program error as opposed to an OS or file corruption or hardware error. Could be a missing support file, a faulty installation of the application, etc.

I know the colour graphic shading in the document that causes the issue of larger file size, but it doesn't make sense that printing 1 additional page with same information as first 2 pages would cause this.

Never Ever do anything with an operating System without backing up first.
While it is usual for a new OS to install with no loss of data, the time you do it without first backing up will most likely be the time that you wish you had backed up.
In all of the updates and upgrades Apple distributes there is a recommendation to backup your data before installing.
The easiest option is to get an external hdd if you do not already have one, plug it into the mac and follow the prompts to use the drive for Time Machine. Note that any data existing on the external hdd will be erased so use a new one or one that you are confident is ok to erase without a disaster ensuing.
Also ensure that System Preferences -> Energy Saver has been set so the Computer Sleep is Never so that the backup will not be interrupted if this is the first backup or it is a long time since the last backup was done.

Stitch lines created in a PDF/X-1a due to transparency flattening during export from InDesign

Has there been any sure fire methods to avoid the digital stitch lines created in a PDF/X-1a due to transparency flattening during export from InDesign? If I attempt to edit the PDF using the Acrobat Edit Text and Graphics tool the PDF is actually carved into sectors and images are not selectable as a whole. Also contrary to what I have read those white lines do indeed image from time to time. I could export as PDF/X4 to preserve the transparency but on occasion it would be advantageous to flatten it before supplying to the printer. Currently using CC and have done the usual things in an attempt to avoid the lines such as all text above transparent objects on a separate layer and 'Clip-Complex-Region' on export.

If the default High Res flattener preset is stitching make a custom preset that's all rasters and use it in the advanced tab of the PDF/X-1a preset

How do I change the color of all the text in a PDF?

I have a large PDF, over 1000 pages. Some of the text is highlighted which makes it difficult to see on my preferred document background. In Acrobat XI how do I change the color of all the text in the document back to black please? Although solutions using any other software will be much appreciated too.
I searched this forum already, and the same question was asked back in 2007 when it appears the only solution was to use an expensive third party plugin.

I know of no new solutions since 2007 except the ones you found.
You could use the Accessibility Preferences > Change Document Colors to choose a text color. However, this is an individual preference and cannot be set as a default for others opening the document.

How are you trying to restrict it? If you're trying to
restrict it uniformly, for example, to entirely numerical inputs,
then the easiest way I know of to do so is with an itemEditor. You
can just add the same itemEditor to each column that way.
This only saves work over custom renderers if you're trying
to restrict multiple columns in the same manner, but for numeric
only tables, it's pretty short.
You could probably also do it with itemEdit and
itemEditBeginning events, but that would likely be more work then
simply declaring a single global itemEditor and using it in all
your columns.
