I've deleted some photos!!!

Hi,
I have accidently deleted some photos from my i-phone 5c, they were in Camera Roll and Photo Stream. Everything was turned on in i-cloud, I was just wondering if I can retrive them somehow?, the only option I seem to have at the momnet is to use a file / data retrival company. I have a trial version downloaded on my PC and I can see the deleted photos on that so I am thinking they must be somewhere???

None that I am aware of..

I'm trying to purchase and download a movie, but I keep getting message error that I have no space. The error states that I must delete some photos or videos in order to download. I've gone to iPod then edit and deleted some videos, but I'm still getting the message. What is the correct way to delete the videos and should they still be there.

They wont still be there if you delete them, but if you have those same photos on the main computer.

  • I can't delete some photo/video iPhone 4S iOS7.0.4 (11B554a)

    Hello,
I am not able to delete some photos and videos on my iPhone 4S, (32gb, ios 7.0.4).  It is 3gb worth of videos and photos.  The photos are not in my camera roll (i deleted that to zero) and the videos are not in the video app.   When I go to album view I cannot delete some albums, I can delete some but not others.  There is a folder/album called video and that is where I have a bunch of videos.
I tried to go to iTunes and just resync my photos to nothing (sync with selected photos and select nothing) and that is not working because iTunes is saying that it is not Authorized.  I try to re-authorized the computer only to be told that it is authorized.  I backup and sync again and basically cant even sync my iphone anymore.  Backup yes, sync no.
This must be an ios7 problem because I had no trouble before.
How can I delete the 3gb worth of photos and videos?  how can i delete the albums that are not offered to delete ?
    thanks for any input!
    Olias

Never mind guys, I found out how to fix my problem. The problem I had was that I downloaded an app on my iMac, and used it to import videos and pictures from my ipad to my computer because for some reason, it wouldn't sync, and I didn't want to use the cloud. Anyway, I had to go on my iMac and delete it from the app I downloaded and viola! The videos that I wanted to delete are all gone

  • HT4847 i deleted some photos from my camera roll on ipad by mistake trying to get more icloud storage.  can i get them back?

I was trying to free up icloud storage in order to back up my iphone 5 using my ipad.  I mistakenly deleted some photos from my camera roll and they were deleted from both iphone and ipad photo albums.  Can I retrieve them somehow or are they gone forever?  Now I read that doesn't help to free up space...not sure what does free up space so I can back up my phone again.  Help!

Welcome to the Apple Community bonwal.
Are you sure you deleted them from your camera roll and not from photo stream.

    Hi ylarika27,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.  This article has some steps you can take if your iPhone isn't being recognized by your computer or iTunes:
iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1538
If this resolves the issue of your computer and iTunes recognizing the iPhone but you continue to experience difficulties with Picasa I recommend contacting their support team for additional assistance.

You cannot unless you backed up your phone. If you had PhotoStream on, they might still be there as well.

  • I deleted some photos by mistake, can i get them back?

i deleted some photos by mistake, is there any way to get them back?

    Hi,
First, don't give up and DO NOT restore your ipad. That will guarantee your pictures will be gone. Can you give more info? Has it been synced with itunes before/after you took the pictures? Please let us know all info including whether or not you use icloud backups.
Meanwhile, you might want to read this - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5463971?start=0&tstart=0.
More info might help you get more specific info to retrieve your pictures.
Also, I just googled the question "how retrieve deleted pictures from ipad" and a list of sites/links came up. I haven't/don't have time to read them right now, but if you google it you might get some answers. However, don't act too fast. Know the source of the links and consider those sources. Read them and user reviews/responses to see if the different solutions work.
    Hope this helps.

  • PSE 10 Error Message, when I try to delete some photos.  Can delete others normally.

I recently have not been able to delete some photos.  Didn't make a copy of the actual error message. Will record more info the next time I get the message. Have more than 60,000 photos in my database. any ideas, suggestions at this point ?

Use File...Catalog to open the Catalog Manager.  Highlight your catalog in the lower section of the dialog and hit the "Repair" button.  Repair the catalog anyway, even if it says there's nothing to repair.  Then repeat, using the "Optimize" button.

  • I want to delete some photos of the user pictures. Where can I find them?

I want to delete some photos of the user pictures. Where can I find them?
I mean those pictures, which come on when clicking on the user-picture, here "latest".

    Unfortunately I don't speak German.
Go back to Recents (Letzte), select a picture, and then hit the delete key. Delete all that you want to. At this point the 'Done' button will be grayed out.
Click the Show All button at the top left.
Then go back to see if the user pictures were removed. It worked for me.

  • Why do I get the spinning ball when I try to delete some photos?

Why do I get the spinning ball when I try to delete some photos?
I then have to Force quit everytime.
    What should I do?

Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and right click on it. From the resulting menu select 'Show File (or 'Show Original File' if that's available). A Finder Window should open with the file selected. Does it?

  • HT201077 How do I delete some photos from my photo stream only on my iPhone?

How do I delete some photos from my photo stream only on my iPhone? I do not want the photos that haved been placed on my MAC and Ipad deleted, just my phone. I also want the videos off my phone.

If you delete them from photo stream they will also be deleted on your other devices.  To keep them on your iPad, save them to the camera roll (open your my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Save to Camera Roll).  To keep them on you Mac, go to iPhoto>Preferences>Photo Stream and check Automatic Import.  You can confirm that they are saved in your iPhoto library by clicking on Photo Stream on the left sidebar of iPhoto, open your My photo Stream album, then control-click on your photos.  If the pop-up says "Show in Library" they are safely stored in your iPhoto library. Then you can delete them from your phone and they will remain on your other devices.
To import videos, see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.  If you only want to delete them go ahead.  Photo stream doesn't sync videos so this will have not impact on your other devices.

  • I have mistakenly deleted some photos. Is there a way of recovering them? No time machine is being used.

I Hvae mistakenly deleted some photos. I am not using time machine and I have been advised there is some data recovery software that may bring the photos back. Can any one help please.

Hi, John. Here is a direct link to the web site of Data Rescue 3's developer. You can download the demo version from there and use it to see exactly what the full version would be able to recover.
    http://www.prosofteng.com/products/data_rescue.php
Do NOT go to a recovery service before trying this. A service will cost a minimum of ten times as much as the full version of Data Rescue, and if there is plenty of free space on your hard drive, the likelihood that the small downlod of Data Rescue will overwrite data you hope to recover is pretty small.
CSound's point is well taken about not using the computer before downloading and running Data Rescue. You are much more likely to overwrite files you want to recover if you use the computer before making the attempt.
Note that you must have a second hard drive on which to save whatever you recover. You can't save recovered files on the same disk they're being recovered from.
