I've downloaded 4.0, but my screen keeps turning black...what is the problem?
I downloaded the new version (4.0) and when I load Firefox, my screen keeps flashing black on and off. I can't see pages except in between black screens.

Ok, it sounds like you are getting to the final step. (i.e., Your on your iPhone, showing a good Wi-Fi connection, you are using the App Store and have selected the App you want. The small Icon for your App is showing a bar at the bottom that has an open "fill bar" that is going to track the download and installation of the App. But at this point you get an Error Message. The Error Message Says, "?????" Try again latter? What?
Just for fun, try downloading the App while you and your iPhone are as close to the Wi-Fi Router as possible. Lets see if you are just experiencing a weak Wi-Fi signal. This can cause App Downloads to fail. -

Ive had this problem before, my iphone 5c would turn itself on and off but now it wouldnt turn compeletly on, the apple sign comes on and off and thats all it does. what is the problem? and can I use my guarentee/ warranty to recieve a new iphone from apple?
First try a Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least Ten seconds... (But can take Longer)... until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons
If no joy... Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.

HT1533 screen keeps turning black
The screen display on my Macbook keeps turning off. It looks fine at starup but then immediately turns off or black.
Could be an inverter and/or cable that is weak to the point of failure.
Does the MacBook work if using an external display with adapter?
You could look into iFixit.com for a guide to see what kind of effort
it may take for a technician or skilled owner to fix this; or if other
defects or symptoms may really be another problem.
A few users mentioned a fix for a similar symptom where their
MacBook went dark, but they were able to get into the Setting
for Sleep the Display and set it to Never.

The one I liked was when someone had upgraded their RAM
and then chose to move the RAM, revert to older, or clean
the contacts of the newer RAM and reinstall it. A few tried a
reset of the SMC (system management controller) & so on.

I am unable to attach/send a 2486KB file when using Firefox browser. I am able to attach and send via Internet Explorer though. Up until a few days ago, this was never a problem. I've sent the file before. What could be the problem? I am very frustrated.
I do have anti-virus software that scans the files. It sounds like you are accurate. But nothing is new...I have sent the same file numerous times in the past with no problems, but all of sudden, I can't send the file. What can I do to fix this problem?

I have never had any problems with my iPad 2, until I uploaded iOS 8.1. Now, the circular load indicator in Safari never turns off, even after the page is loaded. This is draining the battery. I tried a restart, but the problem still exists. Help!

I am on version 6.1.2 and I have replaced my battery already a couple of weeks ago, so it shouldnt be a battery problem (I guess). this happened 2 days ago at first it wouldnt charge or turn on at all and today it turned on but it turns off as soon as I remove it from the charger. At the moment its on the charger but keeps on randomly turning on and off.
One thing to try is a updating, either via iTunes or OTA, to 6.1.3 to see if that cures the problem. Also, once you've updated it set it up as a new iPhone and see how it performs then. If it's fine after that try restoring from your backup to see if the problem comes back. It could be an issue with your firmware that's currently on the phone and it might be residing in your backup

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

I also have a few add-ons that aren't compatible with my current version of Firefox, and they say they will be un-installed when Firefox restarts, but they still stay on the add-ons list.
Delete the files extensions.* (extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox [[Profiles|profile folder]] to reset the extensions registry. New files will be created when required.

If you see disabled, not compatible, extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the "Find Updates" button (in Firefox 4: right-click the extension -> "Find Updates") to do a compatibility check.
