I've downloaded a digital booklet to my computer. How do I transfer it to my Ipad or Ipod touch.

From Get info, change the media kind to Book, or right-click and use Show in Windows Explorer, press CTRL+C to copy, browse to the Automatically Add to iTunes folder in your media folder and press CTRL+V to paste, then edit the properties of the version added to the Books section of the library. Once there you can view it with the iBooks app on the device.

It sounds like you need to download the Digital Booklet that came with your purchase as it did not download correctly the first time. You can get it again from your purchased history with the following article. Depending on the platform you are downloading to, the instructions are a bit different so choose the correct steps from within:

Can't download the digital booklet of a purchased album.

Hello, guys. I purchased an album on a divice(my iPhone), but when I opened my computer, itunes didn't download the digital booklet automatically. And the digital booklet can't be downloaded at the 'purchased' option. I really need the digital booklet, what should i do? Thanks for your help.

I tried a few things. Not sure which one made it work. These are from an HP standpoint.
One attempt was going to the Edit toolbar/Preferences/Store button and click Always check for downloads and click the Books box.
The second was by going to View/Show Sidebar. Then under Store, doing a left click on the "Purchased" and select "Check for available downloads."

Authorize the coumputer. Go to store in the top of the screen and authorize it.

You could have more 5 computers authorized if you ever, for example, reformatted a hard drive or replaced a hard drive without deauthorizing the computer first. No. If it states designed for both iPad and iPhone, then it won't run on an iPod touch.

Downloading Lion from the Mac App Store didn't put the Lion OS on your computer. It put an application package called Install Mac OS X Lion on your computer; specifically, in your Applications folder.
If you install from the Install Mac OS X Lion application package inside your Applications folder, the application package (the installer) will be deleted once the installation is complete. You must copy the installer to another location or to another drive/media before you run it to upgrade to Lion - if you didn't do that, then you have to download it again.
If you did copy the installer, then you can just copy it over to any other Mac you own which meets Lion's minimum system requirements and run it again to upgrade those other Macs to Lion.
