I've downloaded Creative Cloud. When I open it, the box is empty. It shows no text or icons.

What should I do to correct this?

  • My Creative Cloud 2014 not opening after the latest update on windows 8?

    I updated my CC suite yesterday, but when I open it it would crash on my windows but not my mac. For some reason, the CC suite kept the older version as well instead of rewriting over it?

    When I try to transfer a pdf to an e-mail, it puts the test of the document into the e-mail rather than just the icon for the pdf.  How do I fix that?

    Right click on the document in the message and click View as Icon. But you don't have any control over how the recipient sees it. That depends on their own email client.

    My computer keeps telling me I need to download Creative Cloud, when I do, I get this error message.
    "creative cloud is needed to resolve this problem, however it is missing or damaged, please download and try again'
    So I re-install and re-download over and over and it keeps giving me the same error message. Help!

  • I want to download trail of Photoshop to see if it will do what I am needing... It made me download Creative Cloud and now it won't even open...... What do I need to do to get this free trial of Photoshop?

    When I downloaded Creative Cloud it made me set up an account, download, verify my email. Now when I go and double click or right click and run, or right click and run as an administrator, Creative Cloud does nothing.................. I just want to download a trial of Photoshop to see if it will let me edit my images the way I need them done... If it works I plan on purchasing it because I will need to edit pictures repeatedly. It is quite frustrating when I try and download Photoshop and it makes me download this other thing to make it more "seemless" but then it doesn't even work. Now when I go to try and download Photoshop it just redirects to the Creative Cloud website and pops up saying it has to open something outside of Google Chrome. If I hit cancel, it does nothing (obviously), if it hit launch, it still does nothing...................... What am I doing wrong here???

  • I downloaded creative cloud but once i opened it, it closed right at the part where it says launching creative cloud desktop

    So i downloaded Photoshop before and it was a trial version. I had too restore my PC (for another reason that has nothing to do with creative cloud or Photoshop) to a date when I didn't have creative cloud or Photoshop. So once I tried getting creative cloud again, I got to the part where it says launching creative cloud and it just closed and it never opened creative cloud

  • I've downloaded Creative Cloud for Desktop (windows) but everytime I open it, the only thing I see is a black page.

    I can't login into my adobe account or see the home page.

    Hi Stefola,
    Go to Control Panel then Programs and uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
    ** If it says application is running in the background then open Task Manager and close the process of Creative cloud.
    Once the creative cloud is uninstalled then follow the below mentioned steps:
         1. Go to C\Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
    Delete OOBE folder
         2. Go to C\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    If you do not see AppData under your user name then you can Click on Start and type %localappdata% , It will open Local folder then you can go to Adobe/OOBE
    Delete OOBE folder
        8. Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud?promoid=KLYVF
    Download Adobe Creative cloud, Install it.
    If the above steps do not work. Try creating user account and then try to open Adobe Creative cloud.

    My suggestion is you probably have a desktop that is filled with icons, and can't see the cloud mounted image in the crowd of icons. If you have a crowd of icons, go to your Hard drive-> Users -> yourname -> desktop folder, and create a folder inside that folder and drag all the items in the desktop folder into the new Untitled folder you just created.  If you have nothing on your desktop, go to Finder menu -> Preferences and check the items shown here:
    When you mount a DMG file, it looks like the image that opens when you click on this link, on your desktop:

    You'll double click that icon, and the window should appear with the Cloud installer to double click, or the folder/file containing the Cloud software to be copied over to your Hard drive -> Applications folder.  Once done, the Cloud software should be in your Hard drive -> Applications folder.  It may be in a sub folder called Adobe something.
