I've downloaded T-bird set up but I can't run the installation. Why not?

I had Thunderbird, but I could no longer open incoming mail on one of my laptops. I uninstalled it and downloaded a new version, but I could not install it. Why can't I?

No error messages to hint at why?

Stephylei you will want to download the Mac versions of the installation files. If you purchased the software from Adobe, and choose the download option at the time of purchase, then the download will be available under your account. You can find more details at Find a download link on Adobe.com.

I am able to login to the Web, but when attempt to run the installer, it ask for a password and it does not work the password I used to login in the web.

I am new to Adobe Cloud, received the invitation from Adobe, create my account and I am able to login to the web. When Attempted to download Photoshop desktop, I was asked for Name and Password, the name was populated but I have to enter the password. I am using the password I entered at registration but it does not work and the Installer does not run.
I have a MacBook Pro with OS version 10.9.3.

I figured out, the Installer need the username and password for the computer OS.

My windows was down but I can't find the installation CD in My T60

My windows was down but I can't find the CD for windows XP home edition. I tried to call the local repair center and they said they only solve the hardward problem. Anyone knows where I should ask for help or where I can get the CD for windows XP home edition. I did find the key at the back of my T60. But why can't I find the CD?

Please try removing Acrobat from the link mentioned below.
Link : http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html.
Once you have removed the product, please launch the Creative CLoud APP once again and install ACrobat on the machine .

I would imagine the drivers supplied with the printer will not be compatible with your existing operating system.
Download the older drivers for your OS here, and then try the install again.

I've finally figured out how to download iTunes on this crazy stupid windows OS, but when I click on the setup in my downloads folder, it won't run. I've tried hitting "run as administrator" and troubleshooting and so far no resolution. Is anyone else having this problem? How can I fix it?? Please help, I am beyond frustrated.

It looks like you’re running into an issue downloading the latest version of iTunes on your PC. Try adjusting the Pop-up Blocker settings in Internet Explorer as shown in the article below.

My Iphone 5 hang many times. When I connected with itune and restore setting, my phone just start from the activation. But I can't continue the installation. It shows that can't activate right now.

Not sure I understand you correctly.. Are you currently in China, and therefore unable to download the app? Also, which program is it that you're trying to get?

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.
Have you failed to do this?
If so, not good, you can transfer itunes purchases from the iphone to your computer. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases

Start with the first article to troubleshoot the issue of not getting mail on your iPad. When you get online using safari, check to see if you can log into webmail. Also keep in mind, depending on the account that mail sometimes might not come in if it is a POP account as it may have already been download elsewhere.

In iTunes prefs>Store - is the Store check box unchecked?
