I've found a way to get to the usage meter
I'm still getting the 'bundle' error like everyone else trying to check usage, but by checking my phone bill usage and then clicking on the broadband tab, and selecting "view your broadband usage" I get to the usage meter which seems up to date (ie showing data for 23.59 on 9/12/12).
That was introduced in iOS 5 and is clearly described in the iPod Users Guide. For iOS 4 or less you still have to connect the iPod to your computer and unsynce them.

My problem comes up in iMovie ’11 (v. 9.0.4/build 1634) and has done so from the beginning of my using the software.
I want to determine the length of time that I want a a still to show (in the context of stills and movie clips). However, I cannot reliably save the still’s length of time showing.
That applies to all stills: I doesn’t matter if I change the length of time individually for each still or check the box for »all clips«.
This looks like a veritable bug, doesn’t it? Has anyone found a way to get around it?I assume you are using transitions. This is not a bug - it is how iMovie handles transitions.
There are two settings for transition overlap - full and half. If you are using photos only, you may get the results you want by setting transition overlap to half.

I have a 4 month long text message thread conversation. What's the quickest way to get to the very beginning of the conversation?
The startup.exe file is locate in the \NI-RT\STARTUP directory. 'cd NI-RT' then 'cd STARTUP' should get you to the right place after making the connection with ftp. I don't recognize PH_EXEC.EXE. Logging in as anonymous is fine. I don't recall seeing documentation on the file structure and locations on the module but I'm sure there is some. I just wandered around w/ftp.
The program to update the node should be below. Enter the IP address, the green light will confirm the node is found.
The version function scans the existing startup.exe for a string beginning and ending with " RU Version " and prints everything in between as the version.
The autostart function will copy the existing ni-rt.ini file to your computer, mod
ify the autostart as requested, then put the file back. Leaves the copy on the PC, which can be handy.
Send file will request a file of the format startup*.dat which will be renamed startup.exe and ftp'd to the module. Lets you keep version numbers in the filename on the PC side. Your directory structure probably won't match mine so you'll have to browse for your file.
Reboot module reboots the module.

When you log into you icloud account on your computer you are viewing data that you sync to icloud not the backups. You can't view the backups.

Everytime I go to full-screen mode the photo I am working on is on one space while the filmstrip is on another. Also there is no way to get to the menu on top as it is hidden. When I hit the f key everything goes to black and I have to quite the program. This is the first time I have any problems with Aperture.
I run aperture 3 on OS X 10.7 iMac 27" 2.8GHz i7 16GB.

What I usually do for PDF pages/tabs, is click in the URL/location bar, then F11.<br />
For Flash, if you click on the page outside of the video area/box, F11 should work. -

Easiest way to get to the next photo in Elements?
What is the easiest way to get to the next photo that I want to edit in Elements?
Let's say I have a folder that has 10 photos in it. And I want to edit each of them individually.
I open the first photo, edit it. Now, is there an easy way to open the second photo?
Right now, the only way I see to do it is to minimize Elements, find the original folder again, right click on the photo and click on "Open with" and choose Elements from the drop down list.
There's got to be an easier way.
MichaelDrag all ten to the Editor window and they will sit in the Photo Bin
Select all ten in the Organizer. In the Editor Photo Bin options select 'Show Files selected in Organizer'.

For brief period of time, not in FF4, there was the option whereby when I closed multiple tabs, a firefox dialogue box opened warning me that I'm about to close multiple tabs, '''AND ALSO''' asking me if wanted to save those tabs for my next session, or trash them.
The primary issue IS NOT about saving tabs. The primary question here is about getting THE OPTION back to the CLOSING MULTIPLE TABS WARNING DIALOGUE.
The use case here should be obvious. However, since it is clearly not obvious that different people work in a variety of ways, and neither of those methods of working is "wrong" or "right" I will elaborate: Some people, for whatever reason, it doesn't matter why, want to save all their tabs on some occasions, and on other occasions don't.
This preference varies throughout the day. Therefore it is inefficient to constantly go to preferences and change whether or not I want firefox to open all my tabs from my last session. It is more LOGICAL to place an option in the multiple tab warning dialogue as well, for people whose preference constantly changes.
This option was available for a time in most of the Firefox 3 versions. Is there any way to get back this option in Firefox 4?Firefox 4 saves the previous session automatically, so there is no need for asking if you want to save the current session.
You can use "Firefox > History > Restore Previous Session" to get the previous session.<br />
There is also a "Restore Previous Session" button on the default <b>about:home</b> Home page.

When the bookmark window appears and I select "Choose" the window opens showing a few folders, but there is no way to scroll down to the folder I want to put it in. Clicking in the window only selects the folder nearest the cursor. How do I get to the folder I need to get to? The old way worked great, why it was messed with is beyond me.

and of course then i deleted everything that was in the trash before i understood that i made the wrong decision ... any way to get the messages back from Apple Servers?
Of course, it's not the real truth, the real story is that i made that on my wyfe's computer and i'm now in real trouble with her!Unfortunately, I use Time Machine on my own computer (on my nas) but I never been succesfull trying to use Time Machine on the same Nas with my wife's computer ... so Time Machine is not the solution ... anyway that Apple could help? My life will be painfull for the next days !

Is there a way to get back the tab-specific drop down history button on Firefox 4?
Recently updated to Firefox version 4.0.1 and noticed the drop down history button was missing from beside the back/forward buttons. It was easier to use it then click the back button 20 times when you have multiple pages/tabs up. Is there a way to get the button back without reverting to an earlier version of Firefox?
Click-hold the unified Back / Forward button, or right-click it to get the Back / Forward history for that tab.
Or install this extension to get the old "drop-marker" button restored. <br />
