I've got a problem to load my iPod Software Update IOS 5 in iTunes. It's a iPod Touch gen. 3 and the last few updates iTunes wasn't able to load either. Can someone please help me? :)
P.S. I've got a Windows PC.

Welcome to the real world!
Apple software ***** and have done that for a long time. Its unbeliveable that we all time after time will pay so much for all these problems.
I have also an iTouch 3g and and a Philips DMP 580 speaker with dockstation. And my 3g worked perfekt with iOS 4.3.5 in the dockingstation until today where I upgraded to iOS 5.0.
After that I can´t I powerload or use the speakers in the musicsystem anymore.
How can anyone release such a OS if they know anything about programming OS software ?
Its completely madness that we have to spend so much time on something that should have been OK when released :-(
And now I can´t return to my latest iOS 4.3.5 anymore and I can´t find anywhere someone that can tell me how to do downgrade iOS 5.0 to iOS 4.3.5 - if possible !!!

Jim and Rob, thank you for taking your time to respond. I have a mac & a pc with 4 gigs of RAM in each. I originally experienced the problem on my mac and afterwards the same thing happened on the pc. I shoot with a canon 5d mark iii and never had this problem before, but what I'm realizing is that I'm running out of space on both the mac & the pc. After an afternoon of shooting today, I filled up a 32-gig card, so my TB hard drives are filling up ridiculously fast. I need to drop some load off both drives and reboot. Hope this will resolve the issue as I really don't think it's a canon-LR problem (I'm using the most updated 5.6 version). Again, thanks for your input. I'll keep you posted.

i have been trying to download the newest itunes to my windows 7 computer wit the last 2 wks now... im at the stage where iv tried everting from uninstalling itunes to installing it again... can someone please help before i throw the computer out the window!
Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc. -
Every time I connect my new iPad2 too my Sony laptop a pop up comes out saying " the iPad cannot be used because it requires iTunes version 10.5 or later. Can someone please help me!.
Download and install the latest iTunes. Once you satisfy that requirement the warning will go away.

Whenever I try to download apps, it says review account info. I click on review but then it won't load. Is there any way I can get around this or can someone please help me?
Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

not even 20 minutes ago i accidentally dropped my iPod touch generation 5. and the screen wasn't responding. it went dark blue/ black color. when you press the on/off button or the home button, all that happens is that the screen light up but not eh background,time and etc. its just a simple black screen with a glow. my iPod has already being cracked before. and i haven't fixed it.

Under whose Apple ID were the apps that you are referring to purchased? If they are displaying her Apple ID and asking for her password when you are trying to update them, then that means they were purchased under her ID. They will continue to do that unless you delete them and purchase them again under your own Apple ID.

I cannot get the audio to work using my new P221 HP monitor. Can someone please help me?
I wrote once before but I must have mislabeled my message. Haven't been able to even find my question much less any replies. I purchased an HP 221 Monitor with installed speakers, I am a novice at computers and didn't really know what I would need to install the monitor. I find that I can connect the VGA cable with no problem. But th DVI-D cable cannot be installed on my computer due to no connection there. My computer is an HP Model P 6600Z, desktop PC. It is operating on windows 7 and browser is Internet Explorer. I purchased an adapter with a female cable adapter to attach to the monitor cable and then I connected it to my PC using a the USB supplied with the
adapter. It still doesn't work. I guess I can install external speakers but the main reason I bought this monitor was becasue it has internal speakers. Thanks.I am sorry for the confusion. The reason I asked about the speaker bar is that I can't find any information that shows built-in speakers on your monitor. I have looked everywhere, including in the HP specifications.

The way that I have always connected speakers is to the port labeled # 5 (Audio: Front speaker/Line Out). This port allows sound to be sent to speakers. The VGA port is for video only. There is no audio capability. The only connection that sends Audio and Video is the HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) connectors.
This is the type of connector that I would expect to see coming from your speakers:

Please check the monitor carefully to assure that there are actually speakers built-in. I just don't want us to continue fighting a problem that doesn't exist. There may have been some incorrect information in the advertisement that you read.

I have updated my iPad 1 to iOS 5.1.1. Now I cannot email from pages . Cannot anyone help me please ?
Hi Lila,
Bring up the document you want to email, and tap the wrench in the upper right-hand corner. Under that Tools icon you will see several options, select Share and Print.
Select Email Document
Then select the document format you wish to send the document in: Pages, PDF, or Word
Tap on one, and the document will format into that selection, and then take you to a blank email page with the document attached and ready to go!

When I press the mail icon on my iPad 2 it opens then closes, can someone please help me.
When I open my email it opens for a second then closes. I have tried to reset my iPad and delete my email account and nothing helps.
Double click home button click home nbutton then keep finger pressed on mail icon at bottom and press the reduce sound button that did the trick for me.

It is ⌃⌥⌘ 8 if your Keyboard Shortcut are set to default.
The System Preference location depends on what OS X you are running..?
For Snow Leopard and earlier, use or go to System Preferences > Universal Access and select Black on white.
For Mountain Lion and later, go to System Preferences > Accessibility > Display and uncheck Invert colors. -

Hold down the on/off button and the home button for 20 to 30 sec, when the iPod starts and the Apple logo is on the screen release the on/off button but continue to hold the home button until you see the plug into iTunes screen. Connect the iPod to iTunes and you should be good to go.

You may have to open Mail, go to the upper left corner of the screen and click on the word Mail, open Preferences, click on Accounts, and make sure your Gmail account is still fully set up properly with all proper account and incoming and outgoing Mail Servers properly completed. When you added iCloud capability it may have upset the account settings for Gmail.
