Sorry to hear about that. Did someone else use your iPhone or iPod to play the game? Your iTunes password is required to buy Mega Points. You may have already been signed in to the App Store from a previous purchase.
Make sure that you have signed out from the iTunes App Store to avoid accidental purchases. You can do this by going to Settings>Store>Sign Out on your device.
To get a refund from Apple for the accidental purchase, you can follow these steps:
1. Open iTunes
2. Log on to your account
3. Go to "Purchase History"
4. Report a problem
5. Fill out form with a reason for the refund
If you want to disable any chance of accidental in-app purchases in any application that has this feature there is an option in your Settings App on your iPhone or iPod, under General > Restrictions that will allow you disable in-app purchases such as this with a pass-code. This will help prevent such an accidental purchase from happening again in any app.

Proxies, parental control settings and software, security or filtering software, or a bad iTunes Store cache can cause this.
To address proxies, Remove Internet Options proxy settings and connect to the Internet without a proxy.
To reset iTunes Store cache:
In iTunes, choose iTunes > Preferences (Mac) or Edit > Preferences(PC).
Click the Advanced tab.
Click the "Reset cache" button.
Click OK and see if the issue is resolved.
Adjust Parental Controls in iTunes:
Open iTunes.
Access iTunes preferences:
On a Mac: From the iTunes menu, choose Preferences.

If anyone else somehow encounters this problem in the future, it seems like there isn't a driver for the Microsoft Wireless Optical mouse. If there is one, it doesn't come with the basic installation. Though, the keyboard works fine. The new mouse I got was a PS/2 Optical three-button mouse. It's pretty much your generic computer mouse. -
I got a new iPad mini and It said that I didn't have anything in my iCloud backup but I had all 800 of my pictures on it. How do I get them back?
The new one must have been in inventory for a while or it would have the latest iOS.
To update it, connect it to your computer and open iTunes. You may be prompted by iTunes that a newer version is available; if so, choose Download and Install to update it to iOS 6.1.3.
If you don't get this prompt, click on the name of your phone in iTunes, then click on the Summary tab at the top. On the Summary tab, click Check for Update. You should then be prompted that there is an update available and you can update your iPad.
After updating, as mentioned in the posts above, set it up as a new iPad, eject it from iTunes and disconnect it from your computer, then go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, go back through the setup screens on the iPad and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup. You should now be able to choose your backup to restore from. Be sure your iPad is connected to wifi and your charger as this may take some time to finish. -
I just got a refurbished iPod 5th generation 32gb. This morning I went to turn it on and it didn't do anything and kept the black screen. I tryed to turn it on but it didn't do anything. The day before it had looked weird, as in I was downloading an app and it powered down, the when I tryed to turn it back on it got red and green lines on it. Should I send my ipod in to Apple so they can fix it or can I do this myself?

I have several email accounts set up that appear on all my devices: iMac, iPhone and iPad. I use 2 email accounts for work purposes, and good thing I use two. I receive pdf attachments in non-apple email accounts, but the same email sent to my iCloud address comes through minus the attachment and shows only "winmail.dat". I am using the same device to read the email from the different accounts, but the problem is consistent with all my apple devices. This has to be a setting in iCloud mail but I can not figure it out. Please help.
Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW.

So I have a late 2006 1.83 ghz Intel Core 2 Duo MacBook A1185. And last night I upgraded my software to Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8. And then this morning when I went to start doing work on it, my trackpad wouldn't allow me to click on anything. It would only scroll my little mouse icon around, so pretty much making my trackpad useless:/ So then I kind of had a panic attack and rebooted at least 10 times (no joke), and then remembered I had a external mouse I could use to plug in. So I plugged that in, and it worked fine as long as I didn't touch the trackpad at all. And then I got annoyed of that because it started to hurt my wrist, so I took out my battery(6 month old 3rd party battery), and then my trackpad started to work? I was slightly aggravated, and confused. So then I put the battery back in, and it stopped working again. So I am puzzled if it is just I need a better battery? Or to replace my trackpad and keyboard? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, so thank you in advance:)
ThanksOk, that's what I have done... I have Snow Leopard Installed, 10.8.6 and it's got Boot Camp 3.0.4... my questionis the Mac Windows Install Drivers you add after installing Windows. Windows looks terribly awkward and I'm guessing it has something to do with the ATI graphics card sofware the mac disk installed. Is is ok to use the one I created years ago? I can't seem to find a place to create a new one using the 10.8.6 and 3.0.4.
When I orignially installed Boot Camp you had to create a disk using Boot Camp that you installed in Windows after the initial OS installation. -
