I've got Blackberry Link installed, but I can't get my BB to sync with my Outlook contacts

I've got Outlook 2010 installed on my laptop.
Blackberry link appears to have installed properly.
When I try to sync my Q5 with Outlook I don't get any error messages, but after the process is completed I check Outlook and none of the contacts have sync'd from my phone to Outlook (but it has successfully sync'd the existing contacts from Outlook to my phone).
Edit: should probably mention that my email address is a gmail account, and most of the contacts in my BB are being pulled from my gmail contacts. Does that make a difference?

Help? Please.. I got OracleAS 10g Installed but I can't get Discoverer

I installed OracleAS 10g and I got things running but I can't get Discoverer Server to go to the database and get reports.
I get the ORA-12154 could not resolve service name.
I put in my login and password and database connection string when I get the discoverer plus screen but I don't get to go any farther.
Do I need to add to the Tnsnames.ora and listener.ora? I tried copying the tnsnames.ora from the database server to the apps server and that didn't work. I changed everythig back to the way it was with all the orginal install tnsnames.ora

I got a new iPad but I can't get my rented movies to move to my new iPad?

I got a new iPad and am trying to move my rented movies from the old iPad to the new one. Can anyone help? They don't show up in iTunes as purchased but they show up in videoed on the old iPad.

I installed F1. It works great for Twitter...But I can't get it to connect me with FaceBook...why?

When I try and "add" Facebook...it won't go anywhere. Won't do anything. I like the app...and hope to be able to get this problem straightened out! (I didn't have any problem "adding" Twitter) Can someone help?

Greyed imaged in the Import dialog box mean you have already imported the photos into Lightroom, so there is no need and no benefit to importing them a second time.
Just go to the Library module, search for the desired photos, and resume working on these photos.

I would imagine the drivers supplied with the printer will not be compatible with your existing operating system.
Download the older drivers for your OS here, and then try the install again.

Again, that's not a problem - if you purchase Mountain Lion through the App Store, it's been updated to 10.8.2 - and when there are other updates available, you can just download and install them as well.
Just go to the App Store and purchase and install ML. Then run Software Update (Apple menu) to see if there are any updates available for your machine. I keep my System Preferences>Software Update prefs set to check automatically -
Some people would rather check manually. No big deal, just buy it and install it.

Had to uninstall iWork trial since I bought the pages app and it wouldn't let me print or save. Now the app store says I have pages installed but I can't find it anywhere to open and use it. I'm not very computer savvy and am getting frustrated!

Ooops, guess I didn't need to post everything in the title - sorry! I bought the pages app - but couldn't save or print so with some online searching found that I had to uninstall the iWork trial which had expired. I did that - but now I can't figure out how to re-install the pages app!! The app store says it's installed, but I can't find it anywhere to open and use it. I'm not very computer savvy - and am a first time Mac user and am getting extremely frustrated! I e-mailed some help center and they can't seem to help me either. I would appreciate any help/advice that can fix my problem - thanks in advance!!

OK Apple has stuffed up the demo version upgrade process so the first thing you need to do is get rid of the demo.
That includes getting rid of the files in the system.
The instructions how to do that are here:
Note That where you see / that is the sequence of folders, each nested inside each other.
User/Library/Preferences the com.apple.iwork.Keynote.plist
Means the User (you, the little home icon, whatever you are called on your computer) then the Library folder inside that and then the Preferences folder inside that.
Lion initially hides the System folders from you so you have to go to the Finder > Menu > hold down the option key and click on GO > Library to see it.

Upgrading from iPhoto 8 to iPhoto 9 requires a purchase. There are two ways to get to iPhoto 9:
1 - purchase a copy of the iLife 11 disk from a 3rd party retailer like Amazon.com or eBay.com.
2 - if your MBP meets the requirements upgrade you system for free to Mavericks. Then you can purchase the latest iPhoto version, 9.5.1, from the App Store.
