I've got Creative Cloud registered but Photoshop CC keeps on asking to start a trial
Hello,
Everytime I start Photoshop CC, it asks me to start a trial version instead or become a member. But I'm a paying Creative Cloud member at the moment. I'm logged in to Creative Cloud when I start Photoshop. Adobe CC does work on another new computer. What can be the issue? I've had other Adobe products registrered in the past but I can't exactly recall which versions they were (I had some other version of Photoshop registered before).
The is the message I get (in Dutch):
Before I see this screen I first get a screen where I have to confirm that I'm logged in with the right ID and then I have to accept the terms. After that this screen pops up.
Thanks for your answer. The install is already up-to-date (I also just downloaded it a couple of days), but it doesn't offer any updates at all.
I tried installing the 'Adobe Application Manager' software, but it doesn't work...
I shows the installer but then doesn't install anything. I tried installing it on the troubling workstation (Win 7) and on my own workstation (Win 8) and on neither workstation did it install properly.
As you can see nothing is installed. I also can't find it in the Program Files folder on any computer. Adobe Support Advisor didn't find any problems either.

Paid Creative cloud account but it's still saying I'm on a trial
Hi I have a paid Creative cloud account but it's still saying I'm on a trial, I have contacted help once before but the problem still remains and I need to get this sorted as I'm teaching tomorrow and my trial is due to expire (payments have been taken from my account). Any ideas on what can be done to solve the issue?
Kind regards

This has been happening for over a week now.
I'm logged in to my Creative Cloud. One of the apps is Acrobat XI pro. It's fully up-to-date.
I now try to open a PDF document, but instead I get a pop-up telling my something about continuing my "trial" version.
I humour it and proceed and sign in with my Adobe ID and password.
Meanwhile Creative Cloud has logged out.
However, I can now open the PDF file.
After while, the same thing happens again.
Very, very time-wasting.Please look at following KB article:

I have purchased the creative cloud software, but when I try to download it,it says trial expired and redirects me to purchase it.
Are you getting Trial Expired error message while launching CC apps like Photoshop , Illustrator.,...etc?
Or you are getting Trial Expired message under Apps menu in Creative Cloud ?
Are you using Windows computer or Mac ? -
sorry these are my corrections
I signed up to mainly get photoshop.... However, I got creative cloud but I do not known how to download photoshop....download the cc desktop app and install it, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial

When I open Muse, I get a message that a new update is available. When I hit install it just closes and nothing happens. Then I got a message I needed Adobe Creative Cloud App to resolve the issue. I downloaded a copy of Creative Cloud desktop but it says that my Muse is up to date. It was last updated in May but you have a new update today and it will not update. I thought maybe I am not suppose to have the Creative Cloud update because all I have is the individual app Muse and the photography program. So I uninstalled the CC desktop. Then when I open Muse it says I need the CC desktop to help with the update. So I get stopped either way. Now I also had a Pre-Release Muse on my computer and I don't know if that complicated things. Please advise.
All future installs/updates of Muse (and most other Adobe apps) are through the Creative Cloud desktop app. Thus you do need to have it installed.

I have Creative Cloud installed and Photoshop installed, but I can not open the program itself. No idea why, everything is up to date and I was using it just fine yesterday.

Use your Photoshop start icon to launch Photoshop and immediately press and hole Shift+Ctrl|CMD+Alt|Option keys Photoshop should Prompt you with Do you want your Preferences deleted. Reply yes. Photoshop should then delete your user ID preferences and then create a default set of preferences for your ID and start successfully.

I have a full Creative Cloud Subscription, but I only use Photoshop and Bridge. I want to change to a less expensive subscription but it is not clear what steps I need to do to make this happen. Do you have a simple step by step guide? Seems that there is lots of help to upgrade but not down grade.
FIRST check with Adobe to find out if you may cancel what you have without a fee

Then cancel what you have

I got Creative Cloud because it said using it to purchase Adobe Flash CS6 was a better deal, but I don't see it on Creative Cloud. Is it not available there?
If you go to the CC desktop app-->Apps; scroll down to FIND NEW APPS; on the right, select Previous Versions; click Install to the right of Flash, and you should see the following:
Which should allow you to select CS6.
Hope that solves it for you. -
Okay, I loaded the trial of Photoshop, have Creative Cloud loaded, downloaded Photoshop, trying to open Photoshop, but cannot, do I open it from the Creative Cloud App Screen?
It's not launched from the CC app.
If you have Windows, look under Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CC
If you have a Mac, look in the Application Folder > Photoshop CC -

Installed Creative Cloud plan for Photoshop customers but Photoshop CC reverting to trial
I've recently joined the 'Creative Cloud Plan for Photoshop Customers' & installation was fine. Photoshop CC has updated to the latest version too. However, quite often, when opening Photoshop CC I get a box open up with 'Photoshop CC Trial' stating I have 00 days remaining. I click on 'licence this software', sign in with my details & all is OK until it happens again.
I found this help page: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/trial--1-launch.html but it doesn't seem relevant - there is an option to 'deactivate' under help with Photoshop CC.
Doesn't happen every time I open Photoshop CC but is rather frustrating. Any ideas?Hello Les_Cornwell
Here is a help doc that might help your issue. http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/64-bit-creative-suite-applications-repeatedly.htm l
I would suggest to update your Creative Cloud applicaiton manager and to delete the OPM.DB file outlined int his doc http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launching-cc.html and then log in to the Creative Cloud app manager.
Here is a link to the latest Creative Cloud application manager if you have not updated yet. https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Make sure that you are ruing the software as an administrator on your computer.
If you find that this resolves your issue or was helpful, could you please take a moment to come back to this discussion and mark the post as helpful. Doing so greatly benefits your fellow users
Let me know if you are still having problems

I have got Indesign CS6 (Creative Cloud subscription) but I also need Indesign CS5.5. Can I buy it?
Adobe CS 5.5 is not available for sale from any reliable source, including Adobe.
If you see offers for the product on other websites, BEWARE! It's highly likely that they are bogus software, which is not legally obtained or licensed.
