As Acrobat DC is the new version of Acrobat available .This could be the reason it is navigating you to that page .
Is this the first time you are trying to download Acrobat XI pro ?If yes then you would not be able to download Acrobat XI as Adobe stops selling the previous versions as soon there is a new version in the market .
If not , then I would recommend you to refer the following link to download Acrobat XI pro .

HI Guys I have recently asked to transfer my Windows creative suite to a Mac computer. I received the serial number but unlike my lightroom install disc, which is win and mac, my Creative Suite disc is windows only, how do I go about installing a Mac version of my creative suite onto the Mac computer?
I am talking about the Ver 3 download link that came with the purchase email.
That link is no longer available. Use "Migration Assistant" to copy your Applications from your old mac to the new Mac, then immediately run software update. Aperture Version 3.2 will not run on your new mac with Mavericks, you will have to Upgrade to version 3.4.5 at least - you can download this update from the Support page: Aperture 3.4.5
Then launch Aperture and enter your registration key and try now too update from version 3.4.5 to 3.5 from the AppStore. The AppStore will change your Aperture registration to an AppStore version, so you will able to reinstall by downloading from the AppSTore in future.
If you want transfer only Aperture and no other applications, do it manually: You will have to copy not only the application but folders from the libraries as well:
/Applications/Aperture.app
/Library/Application Support/Aperture/
~/Library/Application Support/Aperture/

Serial number of CS5.5 is not working for acrobat pro!

I installed the whole CS5.5 Master Collection on my MacBook Pro, typed in my serial number and everything was fine. But when I opened Acobat Pro the Application Manager asked again for the serial number. When I typed it in it was wrong. Every Adobe program is running whithout a problem, only Acrobat is not working.
What can I do?Did you download or install Acrobat X separately? You cannot, you must use the CS installer.

when I try to open an adobe file I get a request to enter the serial number again and there are no choices for XI Pro which is what I purchased

As you have purchased an upgrade version of Acrobat XI Pro during the installation it will look for a prior version of Acrobat Pro (X or 9) installed on your computer. If you don't have a prior version installed you will be asked to enter the serial number. I checked your account but couldn't see any prior registrations of Acrobat Pro. Could you please confirm if you have a prior version or was the upgrade version perhaps purchased in error and you actually require the full version.

I purchased CS5 Design Standard about 5 years ago. Now I am trying to install second PC, but I got a message like " This serial number is not correct." I want to know the correct serial number, but I missed my ex adobe ID because I've changed my E-mail address.
It is not clear to me what your issue is with not being able to sign in to your Adobe account to find the serial number. You should still be able to sign in and find your serial number if you registered the software.
If your first PC is a Windows machine you might be able to extract the serial number from it using the Belarc Advisor

There is no serial number for CC Cloud versions. They are authenticated via your Adobe ID.
Sign in to your Cloud account with your Adobe ID and download the software via the Cloud app. -

The serial number that you might have is an upgrade version & it will be asking for a previous qualifying version serial number.
