The charger is covered by the same one-year from date of purchase warranty as the iPhone...take it to an Apple store genius bar for examination and replacement.

I've had my iPhone 4 for about 4 months now, and suddenly some apps aren't working. They open and appear to work, but as soon as you try to do something it doesn't load. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I also force shut down my phone. I synced it to iTunes. Nothing is working. Does anyone know what I can do?Basic troubleshooting steps oultlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.
You need to go through all steps in succession until your problem is solved. If going through ALL these steps fails to resolve your issue, then you'll need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation and possible replacement. -

I've had my iTunes account for about a year now, and I just got the iPhone 5s. I logged into my iTunes account on my phone just fine, and all the music I've bought on iTunes has transferred to my phone, but the cds I burned haven't. The sync button is gray so I can't click on it. The songs from the cds on iTunes are checked and should sync but haven't. Please help!

I've had my new iPhone 6 Plus for about a month now and I'm just now syncing it with my computer to put music on it and it has been on Step 5 of 5 for hours now. I have reinstalled iTunes to see if that was the problem with no luck.
All it says is "waiting for changes to be applied".

I've had the new iPhone 5 for about a month now, and it is still saying it is currently restoring still. Is that supposed to still be happening? Everything works just fine, but it's not letting me update the new software bc it's still saying it's restoring.

I was using less than 200mg a month. On WiFi alot. I updates some apps (like 30) and started using 500+ per month. ATT no help.
I looked around for more answers, found that people were having issues with iCloud updating during the middle of the night using the cellular 3g not wifi. I've turned off my cellular at home so it will only use wifi, and turn it back on only when I need it. I've also turned off the backup in icloud and will see how that goes. I also was told by an ATT&T support person to download an app called Onavo Count that will keep track of which apps are using the most data. Hope this helps.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. I suspect whatever caused the broken screen progressed.

It sounds like the LifeProof case may have leaked. Did you pay for the Waterproof protection? If so, you can file a claim with lifeproof, pay the deductable, and get a replacement.
If you didn't purchase the Waterproof guarantee, if you have Applecare Plus, $79.00 will get you a replacement. If you don't have AppleCare Plus, then this is a $269.00 replacement lesson. -

Okay so I have had my Iphone for almost an entire year and there's a problem. I have gotten a scratch a scratch about a month ago on the back camera. It's at the very bottom. I've gotten used to it so it doesn't bother me. Well ever since like a week ago my camera gets colorful lines that are verticle and go away when it's focused. Not to mention the high pitch noise while it focuses with the lines. I'm getting irritated with it. Mainly what's is wrong with my phone?! Also how much is the cost?Since we can't examine your phone, we really have no idea what is wrong. Why don't you make an appointment at your local Genius Bar and get the phone examined and what your options are moving forward.

Hi, I've tried charging continuously for 72 hours. But to no avail. It just stopped working out of the blue. Actually I believe I let the battery die off completely. When I tried charging it again, it never worked.
