I've had problems since down loading new firefox help
Since downloading the new firefox my laptop. When I go into yahoo mail it freezes or will go back to desktop then recover and come back to yahoo and work fine. It has also added old firefox data to my deskyop. I did not request the new version it took over on it's own

Web Dynpro hasn't updated their app to work with Firefox 4.0.x yet I'm afraid.

Incuured problems after downing load the new iOS5...lost items
Since down loading the iOS 5 I have lost all my music, photos and Apps I purchased prior! What do I need to do to recovery them ( I do not have icloud on) or how do I recover them. My carema shows no views on the screen of the what the photo to be taken looks like either, iti s just dark, once you snap a photo you can see what was taken ....after the fact...

The 10.10.2 Combo Update is working fine!
But my old problem with Safari is still hear... I'm using Safari 8 and Yosemite 10.10.2 now, but still some sites (iCloud.com, outlook.com, Pinterest, Garmin, Google, ) informs I'm using a non supported version, like Safari 4.
If you have any suggestions I would appreciate.

I am wondering if your hard drive is failing? You might try downloading and running SMART Utility on it:

You can download the demo and run it several times for free. It is somewhat more critical than Disk Utility, and may give you earlier warning of impending drive failure.
You might also want to run the extended version of the Apple Hardware test and see if you get any error codes.
From the way your hard drive is behaving, it sounds to me like there is something wrong with it. Since reinstalling the OS doesn't solve anything, you are likely dealing with some sort of a hardware issue.

I submitted my question but ran out of room in the box. I can still down load new Apps to my iPod touch AND update them but CAN NOT update the older Apps. that was on the iPod before the problem.
I have been to Three Apple Service Center stores - In Tulsa OK, Oklahoma City OK, Tacoma WA and NO ONE could tell me what is the problem OR what to do to correct it. The Tech then tells me to get hold of the main Apple Service Center number. I tell them I already have and they still recommend going to them.
I have erased all information and started over as a new iPod Touch but the problem persists.
I have called the Apple Service number and they tell me to do everything that the the Tech's at the Apple Service center stores tried to do but DID NOT work.
After I spend a lot of time on the phone, I get told to make an appointment at a Apple Service center store so they can physically have hands on assistance. Come on folks I have already done that and they were of no help. When I say that, I get told that may be the only way I can get the problem resolved.
Surely there is someone out there that knows something about what is happening OR not happening with my iPod and provide a solution.

I down loaded new OS X (Lion)operating system and discovered my CAD programs no longer run. Is it possible to reload the original OS X and remove Lion?
If you backed up before the upgrade, restore the backup.
If not you are going to have to erease the disk and install the older OS.
You should back up any data you want before so that it can be restored afterwards.
Is there a version of you CAD program that is Lion compatable? That would be an easier solution.

Has anyone else had problems since the latest itunes/ipod update?
since i got my ipod and itunes updated, ive had nothing but problems with my ipod. sometimes it freezes, and when i connect it to the computer its all of a sudden corrupted. Sometimes this happens when i connect it to my computer to charge, and gets stuck on the do not disconnect screen. Sometimes ill be listening to music or watching something on my ipod and itll turn off randomly for no reason, then the apple symbol will come on as if i turned the ipod on again. Right now my ipod is frozen on the do not disconnect screen, and i have no choice but to restore it, however it wont even show up on itunes when its frozen sometimes, like right now. Has anyone else had problems since the latest ipod update?
