I've had the iPhone 6 for 3 days and I can barely hear people when talking to them on the phone and if I put them on speaker, they can't hear me at all. What do I do?

Did the trick! Not sure what I did to cause the screen to go numb, but this worked perfectly!!! I cleaned the screen and must have inadvertently selected something that locked the screen. This perfect solution kept me from having to run to the Apple Store. Many thanks.

If you never backed up your phone to iTunes and never backed it up to iCloud all of your content is gone forever.

I have had my iPhone 4 for a year and have only plugged it into my friends computer when I first got it, and now I just purchase my music right on my phone, so now I'm getting a new phone and want to back up my music, photos, etc so if I plug this phone into my computer will anything get deleted off my phone?

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your MBP. Personally, I would not waste my time "troubleshooting" if the normal solutions do not work.
Return the MBP for one that works before your 14 days are up and/or call AppleCare ASAP!!!

i have had my iPhone 6 for a little over a month and have realised that I made a mistake with the size and would prefer the 6 plus. The 6 is currently in mint new condition as I have a case and a screen protector on it. do you think apple will take it back and allow me to pay the difference and get the 6 plus?
if you bought a car - used it for a month and then decided you wanted a different color - would the dealer just exchange your car for another one?

Had my Iphone 5 for 3 months and it's already malfunctioning!
Okay so I'm having problems with my Iphone 5 (suprise, suprise). It does things on its own without me doing anything. e.g if I start playing a song of my music or watch a video on youtube, it will suddenly pause on its own then start playing again then pause again or it will rewind or fast forward what ever i'm watching/listening to on its own. it will randomly activate siri on its own without my even touching it. And this doesnt happen every now and then, it happens consistantly while it is on! in fact just now, I set my iphone down on my desk and it just started playing a song on my playlist! this is really frustatrating!!! whatt can I do to solve this? has anyone had any similar problems??
Restore the iPhone with current iTunes on your computer. See if better. If you are still having problems, make Genius reservation and take iPhone to Apple Store for evaluation under Warranty.

"Speakers", I assume you mean the receiver and the (one) speaker at the bottom.

There's not much anyone here can offer, since none of us work for Apple and have no power to intervene in this issue. The Apple technician can only go by what he or she sees, not by what you claim since not everyone is honest about what has happened. In addition, Apple's warranty does not cover defects that are strictly cosmetic:
This warranty does not apply: (a) [removed for brevity]; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports;
You can try pleading your case with the manager of the store, or with Apple Customer Relations (call Apple tech support and ask to speak with a customer relations agent), but they may not be able to do anything to help you.

I've been trying to get rid of this song since iOS 7 came out and kinda screwed stuff up. My sister listens to the song on our family iPad but I cant get it off my phone and we aren't even using the same account for the two devices.
I am in the same predicament...any resolve? Other than possibly taking it into the shop?

I am experincing dropped calls when using my iphone4s for calls lasting from 3-10 minutes. Any suggestions for resoving this vexing problem?
A few things to try, in order...
Pop your SIM out, clean it and reinsert.
Reset your network settings.
Contact AT&T and make sure your account is provisioned properly.
Get a new SIM.
Restore from your backup.
Restore as new, i.e. without your backup.
If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue. Take it to Apple for a warranty replacement. -

I've only had my iphone 5s for a week. I keep getting an error message of "Server has stopped responding." I need the server to work. Does anyone know if there is a "fix" for the problem? Other wise, I probably best return for a refund and get a Samsung. Thanks

Unlikely. Based on the complete lack of detail of the issue provided it is entirely possible the same issue would occur.
Unless and until the user provides some actual details of the problem, there is nothing the indicate that the issue is with the iPhone.
