I've had to owe Apple money when I had no money on my card and now that I have money on my Visa Debit then it still won't go through and it won't let me download anything from my iTunes. Can I assist some help please?

So, basically... I had to owe Apple money when I had no money on my card but now I've got money on my card and it won't allow me to pay off what I need to and I'm still unable to even download apps, songs or anything and it's worrying me.
Can someone help please?
If you can't get the password correct, you CANNOT restore from that backup.
However, if you've been using your phone as recommended by Apple, there should be minimal data loss.
Your iTunes library is on your computer, so you can synch all your apps, music, movies, ringtones, etc, on to your new phone.
Similarly, contacts should be synched to Address Book, Outlook, or a cloud service for you to easily synch back to your new phone.
Pictures taken from your old phone and not synched to your computer are lost, but you would have been synching those photos to your computer frequently as recommended. Other photos that you synch TO your iPhone are still on your computer.
You won't be able to get text messages back.

Keep iPhone on wall charger for ten minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still nothing, keep on charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to respond.

Ok, so just put into DFU Mode and connect it to your computer. Open Itunes an it will say that you need to restore. Click ok then follow the instructions.

Help, I just gave iTunes the assignment to update my iPhone5 to iOS7 and now it gives an unknown error (6). The iPhone is still hooked to my laptop, and shows the black screen and bright Apple with the horizontal bar, telling it's in the middle of something. What should I do?
DFU mode? How do I do that? So far the only thing I can do is hold down both buttons to power it on and nothing is on the screen and it wont reconize on my computer....

I was in full screen mode and now that I have exited, the main toolbar for Safari is gone. So please don't say go to View. Each time I click off of safari to the desktop, it shows me the Finder Toolbar. I have opened and closed Safari many many times.
No no, if you read what I said, it would be that each individual display would be customizable to the user. The way you have it, it sounds like your second display will be dedicated to scrolling through fullscreen apps not allowing you to do it on the home screen. This is silly because with my concept, you could do that, by dragging apps to fullscreen in your second display, but if you want you could tell another display to scroll through fullscreen apps (independently) if you wanted. Each display will have it's own mission control with it's own set of desktops. I also can see how some people would still want them linked together, so this could just be a little check box made in mission control prefs to "link" or "unlink" desktops with link checked by default.
With your solution you're limited to your setup. but what if the person has three or four displays? Well then your solution would limit them to one dedicated display that scrolls through fullscreen apps where mine lets a person customize their desktops depending on their preference and setup.
further example: if you have safari, address book and mail in one display, you could still have ichat, PS and Illustrator in your second, and a text editor, FTP Client and iTunes in your third. Then you would mix and match these apps but it would promote the use of mulitple displays as well as benefit people with three or more, which thunderbolt, Cinema Display and Pro computers support. -

Won't let me download anything from the App Store on my iPhone 5
When I try to update an app I already have from the App Store it ask me to verify my billing information. When I complete that it says transaction failed because of insufficient funds. The app was free when I bought it and all the apps I do buy are through a savings account so I don't understand if or how I could owe money. Now it won't let me download or update anything without updating my billing information and it always comes up with the same message. Has anyone else had this problem? Please help.

Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.

Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.

My iPod won't let me download new apps or music . I used a gift card visa and it says that I had a problem with the last perchase.i thaught if I added a iTunes gift card I would be all set. But still takes me to the billing place even though I have money in my aciount so what do I do .

Idk what's happening and I really hope I did not lose EVERYTHING on my phone. After the backup and reset, I updated my phone to iOS 8 and during the updating process on iTunes it said backing up or something like that and then I instantly thought "noo! backing up what? theres nothing on my phone right now" so i think it was backing up my phone after I reset everything up to my computer so during that I THINK I pressed restore iPhone while it was updating to iOS 8 and i did that because it said it was backing up when there was nothing on my iPhone and everything from my phone is on my computer so I tried to restore it during the updating process just to make sure everything went back to my phone. Now I have iOS 8 and every time I try to restore my phone it says it restored but nothing ever happens, it brings me to the "Hello" screen every time. Then when I get to the set up as new iPhone or restore from iCloud/itunes screen I try to restore it again and back to the "Hello" screen I go. PLEASE HELP ME GUYS PLEASE!
I went back to iOS 7 and my backup file is restoring but when its done nothing is on my phone still and only takes 11-15 minutes to restore the backup instead of taking 25+ minutes like usual so I guess the backup is corrupted. How can I fix this?
