Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you lost your bookmarks. In order to check if they are still there you can look in the profile folder on the computer [[Use the Profile Manager to create and remove Firefox profiles]]
As for syncing from the android, it is possible to add the account to the desktop and the two should merge.

I was able to recover just a few item using all the data retrieval software but 90% of my stuff is gone or corrupted including all my itunes. I just upgraded my iPhone4 iOs and lost ALL Phone Contacts! How can I get them back?

HELP! I've been using my iPhone consistently for ALL phone numbers, since I have serious memory problems due to fibromyalgia. I upgraded my phone last night finally, having moved my photos out of it I had the space to download and install the upgrade.
I got a nasty shock this morning when I tried to make a routine call and found ALL of my phone contacts missing. They don't seem to be either in the cloud or in the phone. What happened? It said it was storing them in the cloud but they're all gone! How can I get them back?
IF this normally happens, why should I ever upgrade? Seriously! I didn't think to copy all of it out manually before upgrading, I'd upgraded once before without any problems. Addresses and other details gone too. I've got four numbers in "Favorites" but no context for them beyond location by state. I don't even know who they are - can't recognize just the numbers.

If you also backed up to your computer - you can restore from that backup - to retrieve the files. As far as I know- that should have no bearing on deleting them from iCloud - they should still be in that backup.
If you used iOS file sharing with your computer - and saved the files to your computer - you can retrieve them from there.
if the only place that the files were saved to was iCloud, I know of no way to get them back.

If it is online and you set up Find my iPod before you lost it go to the cloud and activate Find my iPod. You can also disable your iPod so a thief will not be able to use / access your stuff. If offline, you'll have to go looking for it like it was a lost wallet or purse. Report it lost / stolen to the police, and disconnect from this iPod, change all accounts and passwords to prevent a thief from accessing your stuff. I synched my iphone to 2 laptops and have now lost all the music purchased by my wife in our itunes library, how do i get this back and restore it to both our iphones?

I have recently upgraded my iphone 4 software and thought I'd backed up all my stuff. When I restored the settings only 73 out of 895 songs were downloaded to my Itunes library. I then went on my other laptop with all the old stuff on and tried to synch them. This led to all the music in this itunes library being wiped except for the 73 on my phone.

They will only be where you put them. You get one download of audiobooks. As always it is your responsiblity to back up your content.
Certainly you did not update before making sure that you had trnsferred all purchases to your computer.

I don't think it is lost. I think it is on the other hard drive where you put it.
There are better and worse ways to move a library. If possible, put it back the way it was, and then move it by following this guide: iTunes for Windows: Moving your iTunes Media folder

I had to do a system restore and lost all my bookmarks. How do I get them back?

I did not know that if I did a system restore that I would loose all my bookmarks.

It is possible that the system restore restored an older copy of the profiles.ini file that doesn't have your current Firefox profile folder.

You can check if there are more profile folders and if that is the case then you can either recover data from that profile or use the Profile Manager to create a new profile and click the "Choose Folder" button and browse to that lost profile folder to re-register this lost profile. Firefox will recognize that profile and you should have all data back.
