The programme starts but the splash screen keeps coming uo ,Buy or trail .no days left.I just want to get rid of the startup screen please ,any answers,?
Uninstall the trial version you were using and then download the Creative Cloud app and install Lightroom via the app instead.

I have installed one copy of my PS CC at home in my windows machine which is working fine.
But I have my second copy installed in my office mac whcih keeps asking me to register and the countdown has begun. What should I do.

I've been dealing with tech support since since last week with several calls each lasting over an hour and yet have received absolutely no response on how to deal with this issue. Furthermore, every a new representative gets on the the phone I have to repeat the problem. Doesn't Adobe keep track of the incidences on their case numbers???!
My problem goes as follows:
I had to reninstall my Windows XP system. As a result I had to reinstall all of my applications.
I have a copy of Adobe Creative Suite Production Studio Premium CS2. The suite was installed and activated. All of the applications load up except for one and that is After Effects 7. Every time I try to start it it asks me to please register the copy and then asks me for a serial number. The ONLY serial number I have is for the entire suite - which I understand should be able to activate all the individual applications. Obviously I've tried putting the Production Studio serial in the box and the number does not work.
Adobe seems to have washed their hands with this because every conversation I've had with them on the phone ends up with them saying they don't support CS2 and that I have to go to the forums. This doesn't add up for me. I'm experiencing a licensing issue for a product a purchased and have a right to use. Adobe's response has been for me to upgrade which would be nice, but I have not upgraded for financial reasons. All I need is help from Adobe to activate a product that I purchased from them.If you send me your case number, I can ask someone to look into this. I have installed Lightroom 5.6 as an upgrade but am unable to proceed because it wants a serial number; how do I attain the needed serial number?
No, I did not have to purchase the upgrade. But here is what I believe my
error was: earlier today, I upgraded to LR 5.6 on my laptop. Then I
upgraded to the same on my desktop, but became confused and installed it
TWICE.
Is this the reason that Adobe is asking me to license Lightroom and to come
up with a serial number? (I have my serial # from LR4, but it does not do.)
Should I try to deactivate LR 5 and then try again to upgrade to it?

I can't use my cloud product because it's asking for a serial, after I login with an active adobe account, assigned to a cloud seat. The Cloud account holds many seats bought few month ago. From the start, random computers/account will ask for serial and never activate.
It's really bothering hearing that adobe is forcing everybody on cloud when they can't even make the activation work everywhere, without displaying any message or reason why.

Here is a trace of the network activity on the same computer where flash cc won't activate I captured before, during and after the refusal of cloud on my account. As you can see, the column result has only success.
How come the server anwser no and no message says why?
Now I get the big picture, there are 20 reasons why it probably won't work, Adobe won't say why at any moment , it's good luck for himself. The worse part is that it is the only business model remaining and it's not refined enough to let the client know what's happening.
If I cant to keep CS6, will the activation fail and not event tell me a new version MUST be downloaded and installed or if the language is not allowed for my account?

You have probably downloaded the standalone version and installed it. It will have to be removed,, and then you will be able to install from the CC application manager.
