If you get error message that can't contact the activationserverr try the following. They are for the update sever but may work for activation server.
Try:
- Powering off and then back on your router.
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers
Public DNS — Google Developers
OpenDNS IP Addresses
- For one user uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes resolved the problem
- Try on another computer/network
- Wait if it is an Apple problem The follow repots no Apple problem

This same thing happend to me, you have to make a new account and you have to chose your birthday as if your under 18 or 16, because if you dont own a credit card, you shouldnt be over this age, so basictly just make a new email and appleID and when you chose your birthday, do it under 16 years of age (or your REAL birthday) and you should have an option of clicking "none" for credit card options, but if you want to buy something, you will have to do the credit card stuff, or you can just buy an apple gift card at basictly any store, So this is how i fixed my problum, i hope it works for you, write back your responce of how it worked out please!

I follow all tutorial recommends about deactivate Windows Firewall for ADE program.. I deactivate the whole Windows firewall but I still have the same problem.
Please, whenever ADE support can help me. I still believe Adore Corp. reputation.

Fabio.Thanks! This worked for me. When you uninstall 4.0 and install 3.0 you will have to deauthorize and then reauthorize your account and reader (CTRL+SHIFT+D) and it should work. This saved me a lot of anguish.

Just bought photoshop cc but still can't access it?
My free trial of Photoshop CC expired around a week ago, and tonight I bought the Creative Cloud Photography plan (1 year prepaid). However, when I go to open up Photoshop it still just opens up Adobe Application Manager and tells me my trial has expired and gives me the option to either "Join Now" or "License This Software". I tried restarting with no luck, looked under Apps>Desktop on my account and clicked download for Photoshop and followed that through only to have it tell me again that my trial has ended. Am I missing something? Was I supposed to receive a serial number with my purchase or something to license it with or what?
Try opening your Cloud desktop app, signing out then signing in again.

Welcome to the Forums.
Can you try to:
1. Remove the AC adapter and battery
2. Press and hold the power button for 20secs
3. Reconnect the AC adapter and turn the computer ON.
4. You should get a message below, choose the Continue with System Resume and observe.
5. If the resume fails, choose Delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu and boot Windows normally.

Hey there agusvrancic,
It sounds like you are not able to activate your phone. You can use the troubleshooting in the following article to help get it activated:
Get help activating your iPhone
If your carrier provided a SIM card, make sure it's in your iPhone.
Restart the iPhone.
Try to reach the activation server another way, then try to activate.
Try connecting to a known-good Wi-Fi network if you can't activate using a cellular data connection.
Try connecting to iTunes if you can't activate using Wi-Fi.
Restore the iPhone.
Check the system status for iOS Device Activation. If the iOS Device Activation status isn't green, try activating your iPhone later.
If you receive an alert message when you try to activate your iPhone, place the iPhone in recovery mode and perform a restore. If you still can't complete the setup assistant due to an activation error, contact Apple for assistance.
If you're asked to enter a password to proceed with activating the iPhone, Activation Lock might be enabled as part of Find my iPhone.

Find a way to contact whoever you bought it from. If you can't do that, turn it over to the police. The phone is probably stolen. There is NO WAY past the activation lock without the credentials for the Apple ID that was used to lock it.

This might be a stupid question, but I just bought an IPod G5 60 GB. When you firstconnect your IPod you have to setup your ID. I'm using my brothers computer, who has an IPod too, so now I'm wondering when I set up my ID with his Itunes does his Ipod still work with it??? Or would his ITunes just see my IPod? Or does his Ipod ID change to my ID?
Or does it work without any problems, to setup two IDs on the same computer??

Just bought an ipod touch and it wont sync with itunes. Tried resetting sync history but doesnt work, plus when i try to access itunes preferences it freezes for ages and creates loads of distnoted.exe files?????

Take your original proof of purchase from an Apple authorized retailer (or Apple Store) and the police report, make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and they should be able to help you.
