I've just signed up to iTunes Match as I have songs on my iPhone 4 which wont sync with iTunes as they are from CDs but I can't see my music in the cloud now. Anyone had the same problem and have an easy fix?

What fixed it for me:
On your computer, open iTunes > My iPhone (or whatever name you gave your iPhone) > "Music" page
Uncheck "Sync Music"
Click "Sync" button (bottom right)
Let it run and finish
Uncheck the box for every song, playlist, etc.
Click "Sync" button (bottom right) (This step may be unnecessary, but I did it and got the result I wanted.)
Let it run and finish
Check the boxes for the music you want on your iPhone
Click "Sync" button (bottom right)
Let it run and finish
See if that doesn't work for you. I tried a lot of things that did nothing, but this seems to have fixed it, and quickly.

This happens to me from time to time using the Wifi sync (on both the iPad and iPhone). If wifi has worked before but stopped working, try "Forgetting Network" on the device and rejoining the network.

Try disabling automatic importing to iPhoto: open iPhoto, go to Preferences, on the General tab change Camera Connection Opens to No Application. Close iPhoto and try syncing again.

I had the same problem with my brand new iphone 5. After trying to resolve the problem using a variety of forums I took the phone to an Istore and after reloading the phone's software the problem was cured.
A far greater issue for me is how pathetic apple software has become - altough I understand that there are people that like to tinker I am not one of them - I simply expect my hardware/firmware/software to work, something apple seems incapble of doing despite the fact that they own the value chain.
Apple also seems genuinly disintrested in their customers offer only community support but of course they offer the following disclaimer:

Redownload the purchases. Go to itunes and open the itunes store. On the right you will see some links, one will say "Purchased" with a "New" icon next to it. sign in and you can download all the songs again

Hi All and Happy New Year!
I purchased a new iphone 4s just before Christmas, and have yet to get it to sync completely with my itunes. I downloaded the newest itunes to my PC, plugged in my new phone and itunes stops responding. Typically i get to step 5, where the phone is syncing my apps. Mainly I'd like to sync my itunes music to my phone. I am using the icloud to backup my contacts and calendar.
I have removed itunes, and reinstalled, but still no luck.
Any thoughts?

I jumped onto Parallels ie running pc on my Mac and downloaded iTunes which does the job its a bit clunky but does the job,, any other thoughts? appreciate your help btw

My iPhone 4s was recently stolen, i replaced it when I got home last night with another 4s. I tried syncing it multiple times to the computer and nothing happened. I synced my iPod touch 4 and it worked just fine. I tried restarting the PC and my iPhone still nothing, I even switched out cables. Please help! When I try charging it with a wall charger it works just fine.

Yeah that didn't work. Reseting it is just holding the sleep/wake button and home button at the same time right. Alrieady tried different USB ports with different cables. Dones't work. Any other ideas?

I followed the instructions in those 2 articles. Still not able to see the device in ITunes. I reinstalled the latest iTunes and all updates to my iMac (Mac OSX ver 10.6.8). I tried 3 different USB Cables in different USB ports. Rebooting both the Iphone and IMac. Still nothing seems to be working. I searched the discussion boards and I see other people with the same problem but they seem to run into the same problems finding a solution. I dont understand what happened because this was working properly up until 2 days ago. Do you have any more suggestions?
