I've just updated to ISO 7 and now I get the message, when I try to update stuff that its not availble in the St Kits store switch to the US store. Lovely place St Kits however not sure why my pad changed. How do I change it to the US. Store.

    I have PSE13 on my system, Windows 8.1, 64-bit.  It was functioning properly after installation and now I get these messages when I go to print:  "The saved printer information is not compatible with this version of Photoshop Elements, or the saved printer is no longer available.  You need to check your printer settings before printing."  and then this statement:  "Default printer could not be opened."  I have reloaded drivers for both printers and made any upgrades possible.  It was working fine before and now all of a sudden, nothing.  Would prefer to have old PSE v.12 back, it worked with no problems.

    There are many people suffering from this problem right now (including me). It appears to be a server issue. Just wait and try checking for updates again tomorrow.
    Some things I have heard indicate that this may be a regional problem, though what parts of the world are affected I don't know yet. A few people have been helped by deleting the following preference file (paste the path into the Go -> Go to Folder window in the Finder to locate it), though most have not:
    ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist

  • HELP! I'm getting error messages when I try to update all of my podcasts.

    The message I get for each podcast I try to update is "There was a problem downloading "Episode Name". An unknown error occurred (-50). Please check that the URL is correct and the connection to the network is active and try again."
    I tried checking all of the URLS, unsubscribing and resubscribing, entering the URLs manually, and getting episodes individually - and nothing is solving this problem. I can't see how it would be a URL problem if it is happening for ALL of my podcasts. They all worked fine two days ago...
    Any ideas? THANKS!!

    Same here. Just becoming a nightmare. Updated iTunes and now can't update apps it itself is showing as available updates. Count me in on the latest "You can not update this software since you have not owned the major version of this software." bug.
    Next I have to post about a new problem in iPhoto on a new thread.... it lost the "link" between some but not all photos I have in the library and what it itself posted to FaceBook a few hours ago...

  • Since I installed Mountain Lion operating system, I cannot print.  I have a HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-one printer.  I get a message when I try to update the software "Server not available  The software update service is currently not available."

    After installing Mountain Lion, my printer doesn't work.  I know it is connected as it shows up,  The message is:
    "The printer software was installed incorrectly.  Please reinstall the software for this printer or conact the anufacturer for assistance."
    I used the disk that came with the printer as when I go to the HP site, it tells me that Apple has the drivers needed.  I unistalled the printer and reistalled.  Previously, I just went to the HP website an everything worked fine for drivers, program, etc.  I never had to use the CD that came with the printer.  My printer is:  HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-one, it is wireless, but I even took the computer and plugged it into the printer to make sure that everything was connected.  Can someone please help me to get this working,

    It would have useful if you had transcribed the error messages verbatim or provided a screen shot.
    The Adobe auto updater was useless before CS6.  Did you download the update you wanted and tried applying it manually?
